This is a single rental villa with a dog run in Kiyokawa Village, the only village in Kanagawa. The Koayu River flows right next to it, and you can hear the pleasant sound of the river during your stay. From the large terrace connected to the living room of the fully renovated villa, the lawn and countryside spread out in front of you, creating a pleasant space. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you can enjoy the best time in nature, watching the stars in an infinity chair, taking a bath in the open air after a sauna, and having a BBQ. The tent sauna has a rain cover on the chimney, so you can enjoy the sauna even if it rains a little. The accommodation, “Shitamura no Hanare,” is located just over an hour's drive from the city, surrounded by the tranquil scenery of a rural area rich in nature."Shimomura no Hanare" was named after our home's business name. The accommodation can be separated from a compact but private space, and you can enjoy the scenery of the four seasons from the garden room.In this area, cars were not yet popular in the early Showa period, and mainly horses, cows, goats, chickens, etc. were raised and lived in horse shops.There is a renovated horse house on our property, making it a quaint space.The horse house is also a private space for guests.Children are welcome, up to one small dog is ok. In addition, although it is seasonal, you can enjoy shiitake picking, bamboo shooting, strawberry picking, yuzu harvesting, and more.

We remodeled this beachfront house ourselves. It is a 30-second walk to the beach and has a Showa-era feel. The name of the facility ”Hayamana" is a combination of Hayama (Hayama) and Mana (Soul). The owner is a certified professional of the PSA (Professional SUP Association), so that you can fully enjoy the activities of the sea with peace of mind. It is popular with families with small children and those who want to travel with pets. You can stay with peace of mind because it is a private building. 25 minutes on foot from Kamakura station, In front of the bus stop, 5 minutes by bus from Kamakura station. 1-minute walk to Zaigoku Beach. It is a renovated old house. There is also a kitchen and garden where you can enjoy cooking, BBQs, etc. There is a hot water shower outside, so you can come back from the sea in your swimsuit.
