Our house is located directly on Linz's main square, Klosterstrasse 1. A beautiful old building and right next to our main house the Hauptplatz 23. The flair of the building is unique and so the apartment is just as suitable for a business trip as it is for a private visit to Linz. Linz is usually not discovered at first sight. The apartment was in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Although quite far from the centre, the trams go every 2-3 minutes, so it wasn’t that big of a problem. The apartment has all the facilities you need. Gertrude is alsp very helpful and nice :))

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was exactly as shown in the photos – clean, spacious, and in a fantastic location. Host Silvia is absolutely great – kind, welcoming, and very accommodating. She went out of her way to help us with our request for the stay, which we truly appreciate. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better place or a better host. Highly recommended! :)

Thanks for the stay, even if it was only short. Close to the Danube for walks and accessible by tram. The studio has everything you need and more. I slept wonderfully and felt very comfortable. It's close to the street, but it didn't bother me.

The place is great for kids with the garden and toys. The bedrooms are spacious and can be darkened very well. The bathroom is huge and modern. Some things need to be renewed in the facility or in the play equipment, such as the slide. Linz can be reached quickly by car as well as Lake Plesching. We felt comfortable and Alina is a lovely hostess!

The communication in advance was very nice and straightforward. On the day of arrival, we were received very kindly by Alex. We felt very comfortable, Alex and his family were very friendly and accommodating. The place is just right. It is well equipped and it is very clean. Everything you need is there. The location of the farm is beautiful and invites you to spend quiet and relaxing hours. For our son, it was also a special experience. We will be happy to come back.
