Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Animals are also part of the family; one cat and a chicken with whom you are welcome to interact. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

Bicycles for the Heurigen ride, boats for river and lake and are available from us free of charge. And Josephsbrot, the really good bakery with a cafe is in the village! Susanne is a youth coach. We planned and built everything ourselves and hope our guests will feel comfortable and enjoy their time in Krems and the Wachau! The property is located only 1 minute walk from the center. In the center of Kirchberg am Wagram you will find shopping opportunities. Doctors, a pharmacy, bakers and butchers are available as well as two banks and much more. The train station is a 10-minute walk. Despite the proximity to the center, the apartment is absolutely quiet.

The garden consists of several levels and is beautifully integrated into the cellar alley.
