Cozy, modern, newly furnished holiday apartment (53m2 in the first floor) with a fantastic view of the Grimming, exactly between Schladming (25 minutes) and Liezen (25 minutes), 18 minutes to the Hauser Kaibling ski area, 5 minutes on foot to the public summer bath. 30 minutes to Ramsau/Dachstein. 16 minutes to Putterersee, 30-40 minutes to Bad Aussee/Narzissentherme( Baths)/Grundlsee. Parking in front of the apartment included(no snow removal in winter). Covered bicycle parking space available.

The spacious flat with large balcony facing west is part of a lovely country side house in an absolutely quiet location in the heart of the pictoresque mountain and skiing region Dachstein-Schladming. Plenty of walking tours and even summit option (Gumpeneck 2226m) starting at the house. Only 18 min drive to the interlinked 4 mountains slopes (123km) Dachstein. Child friendly, lawn. Parking outside. Open air swimming pool, bakery, supermarket, kiosk and train station within walking distance.

Enjoy your pure privacy in front of the wood burning stove. apartment is annexed to a small Castle! Very quiet area Beautiful walks and hikes right outside the front door. Rental car recommended even though trains to Salzburg / Vienna are just a short walk away. We even have a sports airfield close by where you can rent a small plane or book a scenic flight or any another destination.
