The house located in a truly peaceful and relaxing place, with lemon trees and olive trees around; the house is very beautiful and lovely, with lovely flowers around the garden, and smell really good. Vanessa and her family are very kind and nice, provided us everything we need. It's easy to drive to so many nice restaurants nearby, and very close to several towns and cities. We had a wonderful week here!

This place has been a highlight of our trip. It is peaceful, comfortable, very spacious and full of character. Our hosts were amazing, friendly, full of local knowledge and very prompt answering any questions we had. Our arrival was welcoming with delicious snacks provided and a free guided tour of how to get to the best local shops. It is close to everything that you would want to see and there is a restaurant within walking distance. The outside shower is amazing, but there are also 2 indoor alternatives. Jane and Bill

The house is very bijou but has all you need. No need for anything larger as the grounds are where you will spend your time! With the lovely terrace overlooking the hills a perfect setting for your gin and tonic pre dinner drink; the covered dining area with sink, prep area and bbq is ideal; the swimming pool with its sun beds around the salt pool are complimented with the lovely zen area. Then there is the rest of the gardens to enjoy along with the pond all set in the mist amazing location. What really made this holiday special was Claudia’s attention to ensuring that guests have a great holiday. From the moment we booked (30 months ago!!) Claudia was there to rearrange due to covid restrictions; answer our queries before arrival; met us on our arrival with a lovely welcome pack and helped sort ou very promptly any queries either relating to the accommodation or with Italian translations for booking a train trip! It was most definitely worth the long wait and lived every minute. Thank you Claudia…a very special host! Xx

We had a lovely stay at Maria’s Airbnb! The location is absolutely perfect — peaceful yet conveniently close to everything you might need. What truly stood out, though, was the beautiful garden.

We had a truly wonderful stay in this charming little cabin. The place was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully furnished – it felt cozy, romantic, and idyllic. The presence of two lovely dogs and a cat made it feel even more like home. The location was perfect for exploring the region: great starting point for Etna tours, visits to nearby wineries, and it’s just a short drive to beautiful Taormina. Our host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She even offers pottery classes, which is such a lovely personal touch. We had an amazing time and honestly wished we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!

What a wonderful stay! We spent hours laying by the river in complete peace and enjoying the beautiful and colourful garden. We had such a warm welcome from Sergio who also had great recommendations for places to visit not far from the house. The house is quite rustic, but has everything you need! We‘ll definitely be back 😊

we had a wonderful time at Serena's house. Serena's parents welcomed us on the day of arrival, they were very concerned about our satisfaction and especially Serena's father Pietro always looked after us during the vacation, cleaned the pool, spoiled us with goodies and made sure that we lacked nothing. The house is an oasis of tranquility, we had the property just for us. We especially enjoyed the silence, the beautiful natural surroundings and the good proximity to beautiful walks and sights and the fantastic pool! The kitchen is well equipped (we like to cook), there is a TV, the beds are comfortable. Breakfast can be eaten on the terrace while enjoying the view of the beautiful mountains. The garden is very large and beautiful and invites you to explore. The little cat Lucy comes to visit often and is very sweet and likes to cuddle. Conclusion: we have recovered very well, we have lacked nothing. The hospitality of Serena's family is unbeatable. We would come back anytime and can recommend this accommodation without reservation.
