This 100 years old bungalow is totally remodeled, perfect for a small family of 4 that are traveling, visiting friend/family or 3/4 people looking to stay during work period. Great for relax and rest after a busy work day. Fully clean and equipped to have a pleasant stay!

This is a unique listing, read completely through it first. The walkout basement has 2 bedrooms, a family room, a full bathroom and place to prepare meals without a stove. Access is through the back door and patio areas. There’s a low impact elliptical machine in the smaller of the two bedrooms. The private patio area has a grill, umbrella, table, chairs, a fire pit and a couple swing for our booked guests only. (ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS). Pets are welcome to come along as well! Our home is located 2 miles from Hummer Sports park, 5 miles to Stormont Vail Event Center, and 3 miles to the hospitals.
