It has Ralph Lauren deep brown carpet on the stairs and in the bedroom/office and polished concrete on the main level. There is also remote controlled blinds on the main windows and skylights. It is also very close to the Moscone Center. 3 1/2 blocks away from Civic Center BART/Muni Station. 20 minute walk to downtown. 4 blocks away from Moscone Center. 20 minute walk to AT&T Park SoMa is a hip neighborhood with a ton of restaurants to choose from, bars and night clubs, start-up companies around, close to the Moscone Center.

We have been working on this space for the last 2 years to get the details just right, including hand built furniture and art by local artists. Above the din of the Mission, this apartment is a unique space built in the attic of a large Edwardian house run by artists Laurel Roth Hope and Andy Diaz Hope .
