Free street parking (parallel) is available on my block and surrounding streets, not restricted, and typically easily available. Note that the in-law studio shares a common front door and foyer with the main house upstairs.

I really enjoyed my stay! Lorraine's communication proved to be very helpful when Lorraine forewarned me in advance of a technical issue on the Airbnb app that would have made check-in more difficult. I was able to check-in seamlessly because Lorraine had noticed and anticipated that it might be an issue. Also, such a small but thoughtful detail - I loved that there were shampoo and conditioner available for those of us with texture hair in additional to the typical options. It's often overlooked by those in the hospitality industry that many standard hair care products are damaging to textured hair, so this really stood out to me and I appreciate the thought a lot. Aside from that, the home was clean, and very pleasant. I would absolutely stay with Lorraine again!

Ingrid greeted us - even at 11pm - to walk through check in and give us recommendations for the neighborhood. The space was clean and large! I was spending the weekend with a friend and there was plenty of space for both of us. The Mission is a cute neighborhood. Just know it’s far from the Bay-adjacent sites like Fisherman’s Wharf and Ghirardelli Square. We were going to a WNBA game so the location worked well for us. Overall, great stay!

Collin's house for wizards is a wonderful place to stay. I find the theming very fun but also if you for some reason are a muggle you would still enjoy the place. It's located on the 17th floor in a secure building so private and safe. You have your own room with private bathroom.

Mark and Kevin were excellent hosts, they were kind, attentive and flexible for our late check out. The apartment is clean, comfortable and exactly as advertised. It is very close to the bus stop and to the Moscone Center (10 min bus ride). The only downsides would be that since the apartment is located on the ground floor and the window overlooks the street it can get quite noisy at night/early morning. Also like other guests have mentioned, there are a lot of unhoused people in the neighborhood surrounding the apartment. Other than that everything was great

Craig is a great host. He is responsive and kind, and the place is just like the photos. The neighborhood is peaceful and has some great food and shopping nearby. In terms of the space, it is clean and cozy, and everything in regard to shared space is clearly labeled and communicated in FAQs. My stay with Craig was so great the first time, that when I came back to SF 2 years later, I stayed here again! Stay with Craig if you want a hospitable, relaxing stay. I highly recommend. 5 stars!!

First stay with a shared space. Very comforting staying with a family as a lonely traveler. I was able to have privacy and felt safe at the same time. Oh and the cats were a plus. 10/10 would come back!

Within a large hotel, so everything was probably the same as any other guest although the Airbnb room is the same room. Fantastic location, felt completely safe, major shopping and pedestrian area right off street with cable cars and bear Bart line and all public transportation in city. Bed was extremely soft and squishy -- pillow top on a soft matress -- so if that's what you'll like, you'll think it's great. If you need a firm sleeping surface, probably not a good fit.
