We really enjoyed are time at the beach house. It was a great location and very close to every where we wanted to go. It is absolutely a beautiful place to stay with family.

Our family enjoyed our stay in this adorable home. It had everything we needed for a weekend stay and was very comfortable, clean, nicely decorated and centrally located. Lindsay was super responsive and the home had great bonus areas such as the rooftop. Thank you!!

The only thing better than the location was the overall experience with the host! Our car battery died as we were leaving and Erin was quick to give us a jump start. Lifesaver! This place is definitely on our list to come back to!

My family and I were very excited because we were traveling to SD to meet my biological father for the first time since finding him almost 3 years ago. We chose Shawn's BnB because we instantly fell in love with the shaded and secluded backyard. We enjoyed our stay and it served as a great place to chill out, relax, and get to know my dad while playing a few card/board games. The cheery on top was the fabulous weekend weather, which was 40+ degrees cooler than our home in Phoenix, AZ.

Walking distance to the beach and bay. Great stay would definitely come back.

Our family had a beautiful experience in this gorgeous home that overlooks the ocean. We met up with our friends from New York, and had a beach vacation that we will always cherish. All of us spent as much time as we could on the back patio, enjoying food on the spacious table, under the umbrella. Then it was off to the beach to enjoy the waves. I would highly recommend this place to any of my friends, and to anyone looking for an enjoyable beachside vacation.

Right on mission Beach, the pictures accurately conveyed the size and we comfortably slept 10 people.

We really enjoyed our stay! The casita was clean, nicely decorated, and had a great yard for our dog. The home was close to beaches, restaurants, and everything we wanted to do. We appreciated the driveway parking and the fact that Alex was easy to communicate with and allowed us to check in early. The airplane noise is noticeable so I’d recommend headphones/ear plugs to get to sleep. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Nicole’s house was great. Her house was so comfortable that we felt at home when we got there. Our stay there flew by fast. The instructions she left for us was easy to understand and made checking in the place easy. The house was clean and beautiful. Communication with Nicole was very easy and would reply within a few minutes. She was eager to make our stay memorable. A lot of available parking on the street. I was not worried about finding parking at night. Would love to stay at Nicole’s place again.

Overall, the it was great! The location is fantastic, especially if you have little ones it’s close to the lagoon side which felt safer for our active toddler

Clean place! Note: if you’re going to accommodate 2 people, you should set up for 2 people. Plates, bowls, hand towels, wash cloths. Luis was quick to provide what we needed. Instructions on AC/Heater and TV remotes could be clearer.

A bestie and I enjoyed our time at this studio. It was close to the beach (both the bay & ocean) with great restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean and the area surprisingly quiet. One of us slept in the bed and the other on the futon and found were both comfortable for sleeping. It was also nice to have a parking spot. I’d definitely stay there again.

This was such a fantastic experience. It started with the booking, our hosts were gracious, flexible and when they found out we were driving in they upgraded us to a unit that had a garage for us to park in. They sent a handbook for the properly which explained in detail anything and everything we needed to know. The check in was simple, when we walked in we felt right at home! The furniture was comfortable, the decor had a fun beach vibe and everything was so clean. Having a kitchen was very nice and appreciated actual soft toilet paper! Our favorite parts though were the location and the use of bikes. We practically walked across the street to the beach so we were able to go back and forth easily all day and there were many places to eat within walking distance. The location was actually in the middle of two beaches and we loved our morning bike ride between the two of them. Can't say enough good things about this property, 10/10 recommend!

Plenty of space in this little apartment, and you can’t beat the location—Mission Beach is literally just a few feet from the front door. Big thanks to Daniel, who responded quickly when I had trouble with the lock (turned out to be user error on my part!). The apartment was clean, well-kept, and looked just like the photos. The location is a perfect 10/10. We really appreciated the extra touches—beach chairs and boogie boards were available for us to use, which we loved. There's also a hose on the side of the property, so rinsing off after the beach was super easy—we didn’t even need to walk down to the public showers by Belmont Park like we usually do. Overall, a great stay!

The location of this place is fantastic. You can see Mission Bay from the front door, and then the bay and the beach are just a hundred yards away across a grassy park. Having a dedicated parking spot right by the front door was super convenient, and necessary in that area. The apartment itself is well equipped. It had everything I needed for my week-long stay.

Location is wonderful short walk to the beach 2-2 min. Simon provided a beach bag, boogie board, beach towels, and beach umbrella, which made going to the brach easy and more entertaining for my 13 yo. Great stay.

What a great location! We are already thinking about staying here the next time we are in town. Literally 20 seconds from the beach. Our van couldn't fit in the garage without extreme difficulty, but the parking nearby was actually very easy and plenty of parking on the weekdays. The interior was clean and really did have every amenity we could think of. If we didn't think they had something, we just looked more and sure enough it was there. Even had all the spices and such while cooking. This has no bearing on the host, but be aware that many college aged people will be staying at places all around you (maybe depends on the time of year), so they are a tad louder than normal, but tend to adhere to quiet hours. Thanks for the great time.

Great location! Easy access in and out. Nice and cool if the weather is too hot outside. Overall great place for a family of 4!

The was a great spot for our family. The condo was big enough for what we needed and steps from the beach, bay and great restaurants. Easy to get everything. Ashwini made it very easy and had wonderful recommendations. We would stay here again.

Glenna's property is outstanding. It is steps from the beach by the bay. A variety of local restaurants, coffee shops and the Pacific Ocean are within easy walking distance. Two of the best features are the table and fire pit on the patio. The beach chairs, beach umbrellas and garage are extra-nice touches. Finally, it is in a peaceful, quite area which makes it easy to relax.

We had an amazing stay at Nicklas’s place in San Diego! The condo is beautifully renovated and right on the waterfront—waking up to those ocean views was such a treat. The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked with everything we needed, making our stay super comfortable and convenient. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into making the space feel like a true home away from home. We would absolutely love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!

Stay was great. Perfect for a couple or small family. Central location to main attractions was a plus!
