The area is incredible, peaceful and the view spectacular. Asciano has the delightful charm of an Italian village. The people were friendly and welcoming. Even got greeted by their local police who offered up their number in case we needed anything. I felt safe, and it felt as if I lived there for years. I’d say this is a piece of heaven on earth. Andrea’s place was absolutely beautiful! As soon as you step into the house you felt like it was your home away from home. The wrap around porch was amazing to sit out with a glass of wine and enjoy the view. Andrea sent a wonderful PDF with great information and he was very responsive. The house is a short walk from the cute and quaint medieval town. There is a bus that can take you into the newer part of the town, but we never saw the bus. So you might to double check the schedule. I would highly recommend this place and can’t wait to visit it again for a longer period of time. Thank you for letting my family and I stay in your home.

The Lakehouse is even better than the pictures, it’s a perfect place to relax or as a base to explore the local area. The villa also has kayaks and paddle boards to explore the lake. The hosts David and Chrissie are the most accommodating organised people I have come across on air bnb. I highly recommend.

A beautiful Agro tourismo right in the lap of nature…very close to the picturesque Pienza town and with gorgeous views of Tuscany rolling hills all around the house.. Bianca’s father met us upon arrival and explained us all the details about the house, his farm, olive oil making and the background of the place.. They stay on the first floor of the house and Airbnb is on ground floor… The house was built in 1576 and it was one of its kind of experience to be staying in it… The house is quite spacious and very well decorated. We stayed here for 3 nights and did 2 day trips - 1 to Florence and other to Siena ( a must visit place with marvellous cathedral and piazza del campo ) and picture perfect Chianti region.. Having a car is absolutely necessary as the place is 8-10 km from Pienza and public transport is minimal… Regards, Sachin

We had a great few days here. Beautiful place in Tuscany. Manuela showed us around and welcomed us we felt very welcome the moment we came. The little apartment is perfect for a few days get away and has everything you would need. The only thing to be aware of is the quite long and bad gravel road you need to drive to get there. Other than that we don’t have anything to complain about it was beautiful few days.

To value this property, you have to start with the HOST, a professional in every sense. From the minute 0 of the reservation, until check-out; always attentive, very friendly and very professional. It's a pleasure to meet serious people and this gives the app value. The beach house is a paradise in Italy. Easy access, attention to detail, peace, nature, comfort. Our trip was as a family with our two poodles and I think they were the ones who enjoyed the property the most, seeing them run and jump through the green areas of the property and live with many birds, rabbits is priceless. Our daughter enjoyed her stay studying and with the peace and quiet of the place, it was easy for her to concentrate. We, on the other hand, did some sightseeing in the area, everything is very close and well connected by road. It is a very well-kept, safe property and above all, enjoying its sunset, sitting on a lounger, enjoying a good wine (from the area) is an unrepeatable experience. Thank you Maurizio.

Beautiful home in a more secluded area overlooking Lake Trasimeno. The trains and a highway are below but not invasive. The views are beautiful. The home was clean and tastefully updated but still clearly old and had a lot of character. We did not have a car and the train station is an hour walk away. There are a couple buses that pass through but not enough to be a reliable means of getting to and from the house. Even the taxi was busy and we had to be flexible on when we went to the train station but it worked out fine. We walked to and from Tuoro for groceries and visited La Puntabella for a great dinner with a view. It was an adventure and we enjoyed it despite our plan not being very good for this location. Sonia was patient and helpful in working out our means of travel and figuring out the bus schedule. Natolino reminded us of home and he is fun to watch and listen to.

This beautiful, private, peaceful property is a must-stay if you're in the area. Breathtaking views out of every window. Short drive to a few nearby towns with great food and wine.
