The apartment is located in a new building with a beautiful lobby and a lovely terrace. It’s quiet enough and conveniently close to the Gaslamp Quarter. The place is clean and features an elegant design. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped with everything you might need. Overall, the stay was extremely comfortable, with a clear sense of care for the guest’s experience. There is some construction nearby, but it didn’t cause any discomfort at all — nothing to worry about.

We enjoyed our first time in San Diego. This Airbnb was just perfect for our family trip. My parents and our two little children had a fantastic time, enough space and the kitchen had everything we needed. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. We absolutely recommend this place.

If you’re visiting San Diego for business, a convention, or just to enjoy the city, this place is a great spot. We had an amazing stay at this high-rise in San Diego. The apartment was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed. The view of the Convention Center and bay is stunning. Charlotta is a fantastic host—super accommodating, friendly, and made everything easy from check-in to checkout. The location was perfect, close to the Gaslamp Quarter, the waterfront, and great restaurants. The building is secure and modern. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

I enjoyed my stay. The place was very clean, had strong wifi and had everything I needed. You can hear the music from Las Pulgas so you might want to bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper.

Great stay. Plenty of room for a family of four. Very clean with everything you could need. We spend a lot of time enjoying the roof top view. Loved the convenience of the beach toys locker. Enjoyed walks to Harbor Village for fish and chips and breakfast at the Stratford. Sea lions were a fun bonus. Would definitely stay again. Top notch hosts!

This was the second time that my family stayed at this AirBnB, and we absolutely love the condo's proximity to the beach. The condo itself is clean with all the basic essentials that you need... boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, and cooking supplies. Both of the times that we've stayed here the condo has been very quiet; we've never heard noise from neighbors. The condo community has several pools, hot tubs, and a tennis court plus the spectacular clubhouse with panoramic ocean views. There are lots of little coffee shops and places to walk to near the condo community and it's very family friendly. The mattresses and pillows are dated, but aside from that this condo is truly a gem.

"Just Beachy" is a fantastic, absolutely clean accommodation with an exceptional location right on the beach. Everything you need is there...and more. Contact with Lorraine was always "just in time" and provided all the necessary information, and the digital guide also contains everything you need about the entire complex. Ms.Sandy provided a very welcoming AirBnB rental to relax and decompress in. From her initial inactions, she was extremely helpful with detailed instructions and helpful suggestions. As a bonus, the HOA also offered recommendations on places locally to dine at and entertainment. It’s the combination of these two that make for an enjoyable experience. Ms. Sandy’s place is clean and features 2 smart tvs for your entertainment pleasure. Just remember to log out of your streaming service before checking out. If you need a bit of fresh air, the beach is close by, along with the harbor with eateries and entertainment. Or just walk around the compound and enjoy the various water features and koi pond. For you golfers, bring your putter and enjoy the putting green. There’s also a swimming pool and gym, however the beach is just minutes away. You can definitely put your trust in Ms. Sandy for a very enjoyable experience.

Would 100% stay again. We felt right at home and had everything we needed. Drake did a great job providing local recommendations. Hope to visit again soon!

Johns place was perfect for our family of 4. He was very responsive when I had any questions and helpful with anything we needed! The house was clean and cozy. We will be back next time we are in San Diego!

Wonderful hosts! The place is big and had all the activities for a fun time! Heating pool is a bit pricey, however jacuzzi is free of charge. Rooms are big and squeaky clean. Game room was great! Overall home is very spacious and had a full equipped kitchen :). Had a great time here on our golf trip!

Shahriyar was probably one of the best Host I’ve had, Very interactive and make sure everything was smooth and easy as possible. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone that’s in the San Diego area.

Sydney and Jack's home was the perfect place to celebrate a special family occasion. It is beautiful, clean and stocked with the right supplies. I had a letdown when I had to come home to my house :). They were so lovely to work with and were great communicators. We loved the location - especially for coffee and the beach!

We absolutely loved our stay here in Solana Beach - we felt completely at home and wish we could have stayed a few more weeks to just relax and enjoy the amazing weather. The unit had everything we needed. It's a beautiful and peaceful space. The neighborhood is also every nice, and walkable, though you'd probably want to drive to Solana Beach and Del Ray. We would definitely stay here again!
