In the best place in Mar del Plata (Mendoza and Av. Peralta Ramos, between El Torreón and Playa Varese). The view from its four windows and its seaside atmosphere allow you to enjoy a beautiful stay. It consists of essential amenities, Wi-Fi, books, beach chairs and an umbrella.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. A few blocks from the best beaches, a paradise for surfers. In addition, the private neighborhood has 2 tennis courts, soccer fields and basketball courts to enjoy. IMPORTANT: We DO NOT rent the house to groups of young people, the rules of the gated community are very demanding in terms of coexistence with the neighbors. It is rented only to families or older adult couples.
