Great apartment with an amazing ocean view. Sofia welcomed us very warmly, answered all our questions and was very attentive to the check-in and check-out times, which were flexible. The apartment is well equipped for cooking. It has central heating. Even though it's on the first floor, it's very quiet because the windows insulate the sound coming from outside well.

Everything is perfect. Just like the photos, with everything you need for a super comfortable stay. I would have loved to stay a few extra days. I wish we'll come back another time.

The view and location are excellent, the best. The apartment is impeccable, just as seen in the photos. The heating is adjustable and very powerful. Note that the third room with the bunk bed is the service room, very far from the rest of the bedrooms and bathrooms. The building is somewhat old but in good condition. Access to the garage is somewhat awkward due to the building's characteristics. A minor detail: complimentary toilet paper was missing upon arrival, but the rest 10 points.

I thought it was a very cozy house, you feel at home, everything clean, services Perfect, excellent location, you can't ask for more. Mrs. Lía as a host is A # 1, a very responsible person and attentive down to the last detail,very helpful and attentive in case you are missing anything or need help with whatever it is

The stay was excellent! The house is beautiful, spacious and modernly equipped. The location is ideal to be close to the best beaches and you get easy transfer to the center. There is a lot of business nearby for the everyday or going out to eat even. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The service was excellent, always with a quick and friendly response. I recommend it and I would definitely come back!

I 100% recommend this place. To start, the hostess gave us the word she rented to us and despite having another proposal (which I saw in the app because it blocked the date) she respected what was previously discussed. He was super friendly and very willing to do everything. He was always quick to respond. The house is INCREDIBLE. Spacious, comfortable, beautiful, clean, very well kept. I can't make any constructive criticism because everything was perfect. Hopefully we can go back some other time.

The stay was wonderful!!! Luciano and Ayelen are geniuses!!! They were kind enough to consider my husband's illness and were always available to answer our questions. The apartment is as seen in the photos, it has everything to make you feel at home. The view is beautiful day and night and the location is perfect for resting and having everything close by. Very nice apartment facing the coast, lots of light and a large window with a wide ocean view. Jorge is an excellent host. The location is far from downtown and on Camet Avenue, which is very busy.

Everything was excellent! We were able to rest very well. Everything is very clean, in perfect condition. There were more things than you really need. Very nice area. Inés is very loving and always ready to help us with any questions we may have about the house. I would repeat the experience! A luxury!

The apartment is very comfortable; the view of the sea is spectacular, both from the living room and from the main bedrooms. It is fully equipped, even with thoughtful details such as táperes and board games, and the heating works great. Also, we were able to easily coordinate an earlier check in. It is also important to highlight the location, as it is close (less than five blocks) to supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants. We will definitely be back!
