Quiet apartment, on the 1st floor of a 2-story building, on a tree-lined avenue, close to downtown and the beaches. It's equipped with everything you need, even a washing machine. There are pillows and quilts, but no bedding or towels. All the rooms are on the same floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and in the living room there is a sailor's bed, that is, for two. The staircase leads to an attic to which there is no access. On the ground floor there is a common patio where you can hang clothes.
