we found a really very clean and well-kept apartment, equipped with every comfort: like being at home. Cool and quiet. The location is great, close to the center of Levico and with a walk near the lake. Mario was an attentive guest and helped me manage a small unforeseen event, with extreme kindness.

This place is like walking into an architectural magazine. So meticulously designed, simple, and comfortable. Speaking of comfort, the bed is amazing! Plenty of towels, wonderful pots, and pans and dishes. Very special place and so perfectly located to walk in this beautiful city And explore beyond. Highly staying as many days as possible here!

Absolutely Remarkable place, the ever changing conditions viewed from the main window from clouds to sunny to the villages below make it the perfect sport to sit and stare for hours. The location is one of the nicest we saw during our entire trip in the Dolomites. Private and stunning scenery. The loft is beautiful, with all the amenities you need. We were a family of 4 and managed there comfortably. Stefano and Francesca responded immediately to any questions and very helpful recommending restaurants or things to do. We’ll be back some day!!

This is a really beautiful place to stay. The apartment is well appointed, the pool is lovely and the gardens and outdoor space is stunning. Gabi is an excellent host who works hard to look after guests, giving the place the feel of a boutique hotel, with the privacy and convenience of self catering. We’re already planning on going back.

We enjoyed our stay at the property! The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, and the accommodation was exactly as described – clean, well equipped and very cozy. We especially enjoyed the view of the mountains from the balcony 😃 and the perfectly equipped kitchen where you only had fun cooking in it. Very well-stocked and organized apartment, especially very clean! It is equipped with everything you need: slippers, soap (hands and body), hairdryer, towels, tea towels, kettle, oven, microwave, etc. We stayed in the accommodation for 2 nights and the experience exceeded our expectations. Starting with the host, Antonio, who was always very helpful and kind to us and provided us with a lot of useful information about the house as well as activities in the area; the apartment was also located in a condominium near the center, which was therefore easily reached on foot in a few minutes, and it is also a well-served area (pharmacy, supermarkets, hospital, restaurants, etc.). Precisely because of its location, the only flaw is that the parking lots in the surrounding area are all paid. However, our experience was more than satisfactory and we were pleasantly surprised by the flexibility of the check-out and in general by the host's availability.

The short version: You walk through the door and feel at home. The long version: The apartment - looked much better in real life than in the photos. The furnishings are of very high quality, lovingly and tastefully selected. The view "while brushing your teeth" (and of course the rest of the day) is impressive. The location - on the one hand, you feel completely "in nature," because the lake is right at your doorstep and you can immediately reach it for a walk or a swim. The view from the apartment, garden or from the terrace of the magnificent panorama of the lake is also unbeatable. At the same time, there are restaurants and shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. The center of Limone with a boat dock, restaurants, etc. is easily within walking distance (only a short distance is on the street). Hosts - The Superhost category could be expanded upwards. Warm, friendly and helpful to all questions of the stay and beyond.

Great place to stay, right in the historic center but still quiet as it faces the internal part of the building block. Also very clean, with fully equipped and modern kitchen and bathroom. Luisa Maria was always very responsive and helpful. Overall recommend 100%!

Great hosts and good hospitality

The place is wonderful. It could be entered in the interior design competition for "the most beautiful mountain apartment" - incredible attention to detail. I can't praise mattia's property enough. It’s right next to the gondola in Pinzolo. It was a wonderful experience. The fact that the tv set didn't work i now see it as a plus.

Giulios place offered such a peaceful and restoring getaway in the Dolomites. Provided amenities such as the washer/dryer, jacuzzi bath, and full kitchen made such a difference after a long day of hiking. Giulio was always available for communication and made sure we were well taken care of. Great affordable stay to be surrounded by the beautiful Italian mountains!
