Vacation rentals with a patio in Minusio

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Matina sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt für Spaziergänge und Baden an der Maggia oder Melazza - was auch unserem Hund gut gefallen hat. Gerne wieder!

Truly spectacular - one of the best views I've enjoyed from any accommodation ever. The home inside was also perfect for a short term stay for two people - super cozy and very clean. Communications from the hosts before and during our stay were great. The home is a little bit further outside of the city then we realized when looking at the map (~15 minute drive up the hill) so take advantage of the restaurant recommendations nearby! Agriturismo Zertin was fantastic

Perfektes Apartment mit einer traumhaften Aussucht auf den Lago. Wir waren nur 5 Tage dort, haben uns von Anfang bis Ende einfach nur wohlgefühlt. Überall ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig, von Bettwäsche über Handtücher bis zum kompletten Küchenausstattung. Alles sauber und top in Ordnung. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig, perfekt, um in kurzer Zeit zu entspannen. Ein bisschen mehr Sonne hätte uns gefallen, aber auch drinnen kann man gut sein. Auch vom Esstisch und der Couch aus kann man die Aussicht ... die paar Regenwolken ;) ... einfach nur genießen. Roger ist ein freundlicher Gastgeber, unkompliziert, reagiert schnell auf Fragen, besser geht es nicht. Wenn wir wieder eine Lücke im Belegungskalender finden, kommen wir sehr gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön, besonders die Terasse, von der aus man einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Lago Maggiore hat. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und hochwertig ausgestattet und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zu Fuß ist der See in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Kommunikation ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir verbrachten 9 Nächte in Locarno. Die kleine Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und hervorragend eingerichtet und die Aussicht ist einfach atemberaubend. Frau Lang ist eine äusserst herzliche Vermieterin und sowohl der Empfang als auch die Kommunikation waren vorbildlich. Die Lage ist zudem ideal für Ausflüge, unabhängig davon, ob man mit dem Auto oder zu Fuß unterwegs ist. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist die laute Strasse, die das entspannte Verweilen auf dem Balkon gelegentlich erschwert. Im kleinen Garten mit Grill und Steintisch findet man jedoch etwas mehr Ruhe und auch von dort aus ist die Aussicht wunderschön. Wir danken Frau Lang herzlich.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Apartment von Carmen. Es liegt sehr zentral in der Nähe von Restaurants, die uns gut gefallen haben und dir ein gutes Essen anbieten. Das Apartment selbst ist tipptopp eingerichtet. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch der Garten mit dem Pool und den Liegestühlen. Carmen ist sehr hilfreich und freundlich und wir können sie als Gastgeberin nur weiterempfehlen.

We loved staying at Alessia’s place. Beautiful view and great location. She was also very helpful in picking us up from the ferry and setting up a boat tour for us. I’d definitely recommend this place!

Notre séjour c’est parfaitement bien passé, Kathi et sa petite famille ont été adorables avec beaucoup d’attention prévue lors de notre arrivée, notamment pour notre chienne qui avait un jouet, sa gamelle et des friandises qui l’attendaient. Ils nous ont recommandé les meilleurs restaurants et lieux à découvrir. Le logement est très propre et décoré avec beaucoup de goût et la vue … est à couper le souffle. Cadre paisible et typique. Nous recommandons sans hésiter et si nous revenons à Côme ce sera chez Kathi, Ivan et Daisy.

Wir waren mit zwei Kleinkindern (3j & 5j.) in Locarno und haben die wunderschöne und super ausgestattete Wohnung mit der atemberaubenden Aussicht sehr genossen. Der Garten und alles war super! Die Lage ist auch toll, man gelangt mit dem Bus (oder auch zu Fuss, aber eher für grössere Kinder) nach Locarno und vielen tollen Ausflugszielen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Einfach toll! Und die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett, hilfreich mit Tipps und zuvorkommend! Vielen lieben Dank!

High quality accommodation in a great location. Very peaceful and tranquil area. Bonus if you like dogs and cats as the owners pets are very friendly. Would recommend the accommodation without hesitation to other travellers

Enjoyed the tranquility and beauty of this place for four days. Everything spotless - and with all amenities. House sits in a private park with a couple of other houses. True paradise - we would love to come again. You can walk down to the lago - though ended up taking the car most of the time to get to restaurants. A couple of very nice ones in the area - Riva/Shaka (beach club vibe), Osteria Vairano (magnificent view), Rodolfo (excellent local cuisine)

Ein toller Ort um sich in Ruhe (!) zu erholen. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist wunderbar, die Lage für unzählige Wandertouren top, und das Rustico ist zweckmässig eingerichtet.

This was a lovely holiday here and Adriana was friendly and helpful even though English was not one of her languages. Clean and very comfortable accommodation- upstairs and down. Not a lot of room in main bedroom. Great bathroom and very easy to use kitchen . Coffee, jam, milk and crackers all provided . As we came from Australia ( most guests were from switzerland) we were unaware of local restaurants recommended and where to get groceries locally; so perhaps written instructions could be done for future guests. There is a little lack of privacy near the bathroom to the bedroom and perhaps lack of privacy near the door and in the lounge room. Great stay for seven days and highly recommended.

Caroline's home was a wonderful fit for our family of five (2 adults, 3 kids). We found it spacious, practical, and very convenient. The kids especially loved the amazing garden, where we enjoyed many meals in the lovely weather. Caroline was also super responsive and friendly, and she was very flexible with our check-in and check-out, which was a great bonus. The frequent public transport on lines 7 and 1 made exploring the area easy.

This was the most unusual lodging I've ever been in on a road trip The house had everything I needed and more. My favorite spot is the upper terrace. I was lucky enough to spend a few evenings there, processing all the content for the day to the sound of birdsong. It's not easy to get here, but it's worth it. When you open the door of this house, it's like stepping into a fairy tale. Unforgettable experience, thank you!

We had a great stay. Loved the Location as it was very quiet and just outside of town. Super easy to get into Morcote and also easy drive to Como if you wanted to see the other lakes around. The apartment was very clean, had everything in the kitchen, and comfy beds. We loved the view and sun in the mornings. Definitely would come back. Sebastiano was also very friendly, and always responsive.

From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views. It is conveniently close to the train station and the ferry, which offered regular services to various stunning destinations. We took quick trips to Bellagio and Menaggio, both a 10-minute ride. The views were a highlight, and we found ourselves enchanted by the private garden. Each evening, we would relax with a glass of fizz, taking in the lake. A perfect way to end our day. Inside the apartment, everything was thoughtfully designed. The shower was fantastic, and beds were comfortable. With wardrobes providing plenty of storage. Our host, Marco was wonderful. He greeted us upon arrival and showed us around, providing instructions and tips about the area. Their hospitality made our stay enjoyable. The trip was romantic, as my partner planned it all - he proposed on our stay! A perfect place to celebrate. What a beautiful property. The accommodations are stunning and very well done. Kitchen is equipped well for light meals to enjoy in the fabulous garden terrace with the most amazing views of the lake. We truly enjoyed the space and the terrace. The renovation to this property was done with care and attention to detail, with contemporary and clean Italian design. Functional and beautiful. Nicholas was an amazing host. He helped us with food recommendations, reservations, beach clubs or any information or help we needed. Couldn’t recommend this property more. Will definitely be booking again on our next trip to lake Como!

This was an absolutely stunning spot. Centrally located, amazing views, and reasonably priced. It looked exactly like the pictures! The apartment was great - had everything we needed and was really comfortable. The deck overlooking the mountains and Lake Lugano is spectacular. I recommend this 100%. If you are coming to Lake Lugano, this is a great spot. I miss it already!

Eine sehr praktisch eingerichtetes, sehr gepflegtes und in wunderschöner Aussichtslage befindliches 2 Zimmer Appartement. Es lässt sich vortrefflich für einige Tage dort unterkommen und ist für lange Wanderungen in den Bergen perfekt geeignet. Michael kommuniziert schnell und ist für zusätzliche Fragen oder Anliegen offen. Herzlichen Dank, lieber Michael, für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt.

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

Es war eine tolle Zeit. Die Wohnung ist genau so wie beschrieben und hält darüber hinaus, alles bereit, wenn man möchte (Küchenutensilien, Kaffeekapseln, Waschpulver, Shampoo und Duschgel und vieles mehr). Schöner Aussenbereich lädt zu jeder Tageszeit ein; auch für einen frühen Aperitif oder späten Espresso. Davide ist ein toller Gastgeber; super schnelle und unterstützende Kommunikation. Die Osteria 20 direkt daneben ist sehr zu empfehlen. Danke für die tolle Zeit und es gibt bestimmt ein Wiedersehen!
