NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70sqm attic apartment in the center of Rosenheim. In the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous central and railway station proximity (10 minutes walk), the spacious living room, 1 private parking + public parking in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state garden display area.

When you stay at this centrally located place, your family has everything you need to get close to home. City bus stop 100 m away , town square on foot 15 min, large playground and green areas , bicycle cellar, large parking , Outdoor swimming pool,indoor pool and sauna nearby, very good infrastructure !
