We had a fantastic time in Porto and would highly recommend this place for any couple looking to be centrally located and yet somehow just above the crowds and noise. A short walk and everything is available including many places to eat and shop. We walked to the river within 20 minutes and were about 10 minutes from the metro. We contacted Maria Joao about a couple of small things and she responded immediately to our complete satisfaction. We would readily book this again.

Great Place. Sonia was super easy to communicate with and responsive to all my questions. Great location and quiet. View of the Douro , Supermarket within walking distance. I would be happy to stay here again and definitely recommend it!

Excellent location. The area is quite lively on the weekend, with the weeknights a little more quiet. Loved having breakfast right down stairs in the morning. Looking out at the irega del carmo in the evening made for an unforgettable experience.

We absolutely loved our stay in Porto! The apartment was lovely - exactly like the photos, and very clean. Location was perfect, peaceful but still had loads of places for food an drink nearby, but also just a short walk to the centre. Communication was great - host was super responsive to any queries. Would 100% recommend!

One can not imagine being in a better place that ruby charm. We had a great time, it was the right distance to move to the historical center, close to the subway and buses lines. An ideal place to stay to see the most touristic areas of Porto because you can get everywhere on foot. Francisco is also a great host, attentive before arrival, and he also offers recommendations and several additional services (we used the parking space and it was a success without a doubt). We were also able to take our dog, because she was allowed in the accommodation, and it was fantastic.

Perfect location for a exploring Porto on foot. Nice, clean apartment in a well maintained old building. Just be aware of the stairs, not ideal if you’re not very mobile. Overall highly recommend with easy check-in/out and responsive communication from host

Safe vehicle in underground garage, spacious and well-equipped apartment, nearby amenities, by bike we go everywhere very easily from the accommodation. Recommended!

The apartment is very good, everything is very new, very well kept and tasteful. Very easy access through a key. Very quiet area just outside O Barco, if you like to walk, 10 minutes to the village. Everything's great! If I go back to the area, I'll stay here again.

Quiet beautiful home and interesting location. Tapia is a beautiful, lovely village surrounded by attractive beaches.

It is a beautiful and elegant apartment with all the amenities we wanted. It is tastefully furnished with modern furniture and marble bathrooms. Also it has a gorgeous view of the river and of Porto.

The place is truly special. The hosts are warm and the atmosphere familial. The place - a temporary shared apartment, is a great place to meet people. At the same time, there is enough privacy through your own room with a bathroom. The location is wonderful. In the middle of the mountains, surrounded by fantastic scenery, rivers and only a half hour away from the sea. Exciting experience. Can only recommend to everyone to try it out for themselves.

Very cozy site. Ideal for unplugging, teleworking, meeting new people or just resting and enjoying the environment. The village people are always very friendly. Noelia is a very familiar person and at all times she cares that you are comfortable and you do not lack anything. In addition, it organizes activities, visits, routes, meals and workshops for anyone who wants to sign up, which helps a lot to integrate, get to know and enjoy the environment. In my case, I matched great people in the coliving and we made quite a few plans together but if you prefer intimacy and go to your roll, that's no problem.
