The Pod at Springwater is a unique, handcrafted property set up amongst the trees. It has two bedrooms: one double, with a large window and a view into the trees and the smaller, twin room, with offset bunk beds. The living room has a smart tv. There's also a well equipped bathroom with a great shower. Downstairs is accessed through a trapdoor in the floor to the kitchen or the fun way via the tube slide. Double doors open onto the backyard, which has an outdoor fireplace, pizza oven and bbq.

The village of Williton is within an easy stroll, plant of pubs, coffee shops, fish & chips and pubs. A fantastic footpath network runs from the farm. Interact with out horses and ponies or book a riding lesson if you wish.

Hidden Cottage, Porlock

Located centrally in Porlock village, this cosy cottage is tucked away in the small winding back lanes. The cottage has an open plan sitting/dining room with log burner and French doors opening out onto its own private decking area, perfect for enjoying morning coffee in the sunshine. Porlock is the perfect base for exploring the unique Exmoor countryside, with the moor on its doorstep and the beach one mile away. Dogs are welcome at Hidden Cottage, we ask for a £10 fee, towels are provided.

Relax in the hot tub spa after a busy day or share a drink on the tree deck built into a 400 year old Oak tree. Cook in a fully equipped kitchen or enjoy the rain whilst sat in a rocking chair. Snooze in a hammock and then relax in front of a film before heading to a comfy king size bed.

Amongst the trees, the cabin is in earshot of the seashore with views from inside and outside of the ever-changing tides and hills beyond. Outside, the large elevated decking area has three separate seating areas to enjoy the ambience of the peaceful setting.

Cassia is a bespoke Shepherds Hut, constructed August 2021. Situated on Stockland marshes perfect for walking and bird watching , a quiet retreat to get away from it all. The coast is five minutes drive away. This area boasts one of the UK’s largest new wetland reserves, providing habitat for a mix of wetland wildlife, including otters, wildfowl, owls and waders, migrating birds are an attraction and varied wildlife including dear can often be spotted.

The Railway Hut is a self-contained shepherd’s hut for two, with luxuriously comfortable double bed with all seasons duvet. En-suite shower room with complimentary toiletries. Kitchenette with all the basics ready for your arrival. For the chilly winter evenings you’ll find a cosy log burner laid and ready to light.
