A two-story, one-building private accommodation facility, "Akagane no Yume", finished as a space where you can feel the passage of time. There is a "Rokkaku-do Hall" on the premises, which guests can use freely. The Rokkaku-do Hall is a facility created with the concept of a space for artists, with a projector and screen permanently installed on the first floor, a corridor-style gallery on the second floor, and a view of the entire warehouse from the rooftop. There are four warehouses lined up east-west, and Warehouse 3 is open as "Cafe Kura Hachi".
