An old Japanese Traditional KOMINKA house with a history of about 150 years. It's located along the River. When you open the window, you can feel the pleasant breeze coming up from the river. Opposite the house is a Shrine and two large zelkova trees that are designated as national natural monuments. It's like the world of Ghibli. 蔵にはオーナーこだわりの日本酒に特化したギャラリーを併設しています。ご希望に合わせ、日本酒の試飲体験を提供致します。山梨県甲斐市にある入母屋造りの古民家「樫の家（かしのや）」です。建物の南に鎮座している樫の木が先祖代々この住まいを見守り支えてくれたことに因み「樫の家」としました。建物内の蔵はダイニングとしてご利用できる空間です。リモートワークや滞在中の団らんなどにもご利用いただけます。またキッチンスペースでお料理をしていただき、古き良きスピーカーから流れる温かい音楽（別途有料となります）を聴きながら、素敵なひとときをお過ごしくださいませ。しばらく使われていなかったこの建物は、大正・昭和と生糸の生産が主な養蚕農家でした。北には八ヶ岳、茅ケ岳、西には櫛形山その奥には中央アルプス、南に富士山と山々に囲まれた風光明媚な地域です。自然と地域の人々に感謝し、古き良き時代の雰囲気を残し、現代との共生の形が出来上がりました。この家を利用して「和を憩う」宿泊施設や地域の活動の場としてご利用いただけることを願っております。
