My family and I had a wonderful stay! Communication with the host was easy and consistent from the start. They truly went above and beyond,anything you could think of needing was already in the house. The place was spotless, well-stocked, and felt like home. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which made for a relaxing weekend. I’ve been looking for a go-to place when I’m in town visiting family, and I’ve definitely found it. Highly recommend! Thank you, to our host!!!

Studio C is a gem. Perfect for a short getaway or long vacation. Very central, easy access to great eateries and bars. Christine was a pleasure to work with, any questions were answered promptly and efficiently. The place is so comfy and cozy. Definitely recommend , and will use again .

House was quaint. Clean with plenty of space for our party of 7. The small wading pool was a nice addition for the Florida heat. Kitchen isn’t completely stocked as it would be at home, and there were some leftover food items in the fridge. But all in all the place was perfect for what we needed. And Bruce was very responsive. Would gladly come back again for the weekend. Thank you!

We had a marvelous time and the property was absolutely beautiful. It was walking distance to the river to watch a Falcon 9 launch. The restaurants in the area were great. Again, the property was spotless and adorable, it was great to come “home” to such a nice place that had every detail covered! The host, Susan, was proactive about the launch details which I thought was so nice. We will definitely look forward to visiting the next time we are back in T’ville!

We had the pleasure of staying at Gina's cottage for 4 nights while our house was being renovated. The place is very clean!! the cleanest lodging I've ever stayed. Gina answered every questions and ensured we had a comfortable stay. Everything is ready for you to start living here. Sun screens, waist packs, and a straw hat if you're a hiker, saran wrap you name it. lots of thoughts went in preparing this place. We have to home cook most meals due to our health issues. Fully equipped kitchen made our chores a freeze. Items are well organized and easy to find. Thank you Gina, for making this trip so nice! I'll definitely come back!

This was a great place to stay for our needs - I evacuated from the west coast during a hurricane with my mom and three kids. The owner lives across the street and was so attentive - made sure we had water and supplies, etc. the house itself is a nice size and had everything we need to feel safe. The pool was a nice bonus. It's also conveniently located by good restaurants, nice parks, grocery stores and not too far from the highway. When we had to extend our stay they were really responsive!

We had an absolute blast at Bob and Shannon’s house in Titusville! The spacious pool area was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the Florida sun. The ping pong table was a great addition, and our family spent hours having friendly competitions. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-appointed. The location was convenient for exploring the surrounding area, and the hosts were responsive and accommodating. If you're looking for a fun and relaxing getaway centrally located to so many great things to do, look no further! We will definitely stay there again if visiting the area.

Sabra and Ben's place is absolutely adorable. Sabra communicated and responded promptly and kindly. Plenty of towels, blankets, kitchen items, and cooling options. It was quiet and peaceful, shaded with a beautiful porch area. Check-in was super easy and convenient. The pool area was beautiful, plenty of chairs. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Description and pictures are exactly as advertised.

We loved this condo. The private parking garage and easy access to the condo was wonderful after a long, hot, exhausting day at Rockville. Also the drive to Daytona for the concert was very easy, very little traffic coming from New Smyrna. We had a great time and the condo was such a comfortable and a spacious oasis after being around thousands of sweaty people all day.

Best AirBnB we have stayed at to date. Amazing location, extremely family friendly. Nice rec area with toys for the kids, and pool table/darts for the adults with lots of lounging. There was so much effort put into this place that we are absolutely coming back very soon solely for this AirBnB

This place has it all: location, privacy and cost. Sherman and Marlena are the sweetest hosts you can ever imagine and masters of hospitality. Truly it was all the little touches that made this trip worth it: well stocked kitchen with SHARP knives (that’s pretty rare when you stay in a lot of airbnbs), the binder with all the restaurants they recommended, and all the beach gear you’d need. What really makes this place stand out is the landscaping and the deck. The large deck, multiple chairs, umbrellas, and wash stations are fantastic. You don’t even have to leave the deck to enjoy the peace and beauty of the ocean. We have never travelled to a place with an environment that made relaxation so simple. Thank you for wonderful anniversary trip.

What to say ;-) - WOW WOW WOW. 5Star Plus and best Airbnb during our Florida trip. Reaching the property, first is what you see - the bay. You will calm down and we had the opportunity to watch Dophins directly from the property and this daily. We received a couple of good restaurant recommendations from Marina and we double checked them on Google. BUT, why to go to a restaurant having this bay view in the morning and a great place to start your day with a coffee directly at the waterfront. So we decided NOT to go out for breakfast - we had every morning breakfast and coffee on the prooperty, on the water line incl. watching dolphins and pelicans. All pictures presented by Kathy/Marina/Taj are real and you will find a warm Airbnb atmosphere with many details. You have put a lot of thought into the equipment. Everything is there for a fabulous stay. Sufficient towels, parasol and chairs for the beach, ... The beach. A maximum of 5 minutes' walk away and there are 2 access points

I couldn't ask for me from my stay - the accommodations included everything they described and more. They thought of everything! The hosts were so friendly and helpful and accommodating. Perfect experience. Best stay. Will go back!

Everything was lovely! My husband, daughter, and I stayed for my son’s graduation from UCF. It was so convenient and close to campus. Also, it was a peaceful retreat as described. Highly recommend!

We booked Erin’s place to be close to the cruise port. Erin was so sweet and helpful in recommending restaurants in the area and responding to any of my questions. I would highly recommend Erin’s place.

This Mahalo Condo is the perfect setup for anyone seeking direct access to the beach and ocean. Thoughtfully equipped for every way you might want to enjoy Cocoa Beach, it made our stay both easy and memorable. The location strikes a perfect balance, tucked away enough to feel private, yet conveniently situated between Cocoa Beach’s lively commercial district and the charming, locally-owned shops that give the area its unique character. The home itself is clean, comfortable, and exceptionally well-prepared for beachgoers. From the moment we arrived, everything we needed was already in place, making our visit a breeze. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience Cocoa Beach at its best.

Would 100% stay here again. You can tell everything in the condo was thought out, and they have everything you would need plus more. Being that I had to fly in, there were definitely things I could not bring with me that I wish that I could have that were thankfully at the condo once I arrived, which took that stress off of me. The beach was easy to access and extremely quiet which we loved. 10/10

We loved everything about the location. from the accuracy of the listing, closeness of the pool and minute walk to the beach. The full spice rack and grill seasonings were an added bonus for meal prep! within a few minutes drive to markwys and some of the best restaraunts the area has. The Garlic, Taco Shak, Down the Hatch and the General Public House are our faves! we travel the area often and wouldn't hesitate booking this location if available again. thank you for a carefree visit!

Family of 6 (4kids 10 and up) This place is very private. Friendly environment, pools (2 within 5min), pickle ball courts (grab racquets/ball from dollar store). Easy walk to the beach. Jack supplies EVERYTHING. You can relax. Things we didn’t even think of plus more, even a blender was nice touch. I can’t think of anything he could add. Towels, chairs, wagon for beach, boards, buckets/shovels, pods to get laundry done and run dishwasher. It’s these little things that count, that most places fall short. We brought our own shampoo, Keurig pods but Jack has plenty if needed. You can tell he makes sure there’s more than enough. You really feel at home. We needed to measure my son’s height for rides, Jack had measuring tape. The place is so equipped you feel right at home. We highly recommend this place and hope we can return in the future.

I LOVED THE EXPERIENCE!

Emma's condo was everything and more than we expected. the location is so convenient to grocery store, several restaurants. We love how the condo parking space for our condo was right by the elevator. our condo had the most beautiful view of Ocean, back and pool. We spent alot of time on the balcony with our coffee and cocktails. We could see cruise ships sailing out on the ocean,Emma's. The condo was so comfortable and clean.
