House vacation rentals in Mimice

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

Beautiful villa at the top of a seaside town. Beautiful view, not overlooked. Superbly equipped. The host is super responsive and has plenty of advice to give about the surrounding area.

We had an incredibly nice vacation and a great time all around! We were warmly welcomed at check-in – with a lovingly arranged plate that not only looked great, but was also really delicious. One evening, our hosts even grilled for us and spoiled us with delicious grill plates – that was a real highlight! The accommodation was equipped with everything you need on vacation – down to the smallest detail. There was really nothing missing. And if something was needed, the hosts brought it to us immediately and easily. There were also great restaurant recommendations and always an open ear for questions or requests. The hosts were incredibly friendly, accommodating and appreciative – you just felt completely comfortable and welcome. We highly recommend this place and would come back any time. We are a family of five and had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, fully equipped, and located in a peaceful and scenic countryside setting. The hosts were truly exceptional – warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. They even brought us the best cherries we've ever tasted, along with delicious homemade pastries. They live nearby and kindly helped us arrange a river rafting trip that turned out to be one of the highlights of our holiday. It felt like a genuine local experience, not like typical tourism. A car is essential, but it’s only a short drive to Omiš. We also highly recommend trying the zipline there! Thank you for everything – we’ll gladly give you the best rating possible.

Very nice place with great views, fully equipped and furnished. Has everything for a longer stay. The host was super friendly and responded immediately and let us check in earlier and check out later to accommodate our flight times. Pool was very clean and the house had a nice deck to spend evenings on. All in all great experience

Had a lovely stay at Jelena’s place. We’re two families with young children (one 3 yrs and two infants 6 months) and the apartment and it’s outdoors gave us everything we needed for the week! Great views over the mountains. We loved that we had the pool by our selves and many sitting areas in shade in the garden. There were always somewhere we could sit outside depending on the wheather. Close to supermarket, beaches, Omiš town etc when we wanted to do something. Jelena was very kind, helpful and gave our stay the extra touch! Would have loved to stay another week. Truly recommend!

Wow - what an incredible stay! Right from our arrival, Suzana and her family made us feel so welcome, meeting us in person and to show us around as well as giving us wonderful local fresh food and drink. The villa is spotless and so tastefully decorated, and Suzana took great care to make sure we had everything we needed, visiting a couple of times to make sure the pool was always clean. The kitchen is so well stocked with absolutely every thing we needed. The location is wonderful - a really peaceful retreat yet not far from the buzz of beautiful Omis, the river and the coast. Highlights for us were: Rafting on the river Cetina Sunset river trip out to Brac with Charlie on is 130 year old timber boat (Charlie is based by the bridge in Omis) Swimming in the river at Plaza Stuznica Swimming under the Lounes waterfall (from Tezacka ulica) Sunrise hike up to the wind turbines behind the villa Free walking tour around Omis Acapella singing in Omis Thank you so much Suzana!

Josipa's place is located up in the mountains but just 10 mins drive to punta rata a very nice beach spot. She will give you a parking card which we really appreciated as parking around it's a bit tricky House is basic but with everything you need Clean and comfortable We didn't enjoy much the space outside, table and chairs and the little allotment, of the house as we spent most of the time exploring the surroundings

The house was absolutely fantastic! Beautiful home with stunning views and the most incredible patio space by the pool. Mariana was so responsive and kind with very helpful local recommendations. Can’t recommend staying at this home enough!

It was wonderful. The best and most quiet AirBNB I've ever visited. You are connected with Nature. The only thing you can here are the animals while enjoying the beautiful view of the hills. Everything was perfectly clean. You've everything you need. They really thought about every detail. The garden is phenomenal. If you need help Glorija will be there in minutes. With recommendations and all you need. All in all it was a 6/5 experience. You won't regret it. But you have to like the abundance and you need a car if you want to visit cool spots. Had a wonderful stay! The place is just like the photos, with amazing views out to sea and across to Split. A fantastic outdoor space with the heated pool and outdoor kitchen where we prepared and cooked all our meals. The bedrooms were comfortable, with good temperature control, blackout shutters, and well sound insulated from any noises outside. Recommend the short hike up the hill behind the house for even more amazing views in all directions. Nina and Petar were great hosts, proactively making contact ahead of arrival and departure, meeting on our schedule, providing great recommendations for things to see and do, and being easily reachable if needed.

I had a great stay at Tom’s villa! It’s in a beautiful setting with incredible views of the Adriatic and the mountains in the distance, with a sparkling pool and vineyards in between - stunning! Shops and restaurants nearby were open during the first few days of my stay but closed down in early October. Plenty of great restaurants in Jelsa though which was still walking distance from the villa (3km). Tom had wine, and other drinks in the fridge and snacks on the table prior to checking which was so appreciated and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking (spices, oils, etc). Don’t hesitate, if you’re looking for a great villa in a perfect setting, book Villa Tomic!

If you're looking for somewhere quiet to escape the main tourist spots and use as a base for exploring Croatia, this is the ideal hideaway. The area is peaceful and full of the sounds of nature, and there's a convenience store just a few minutes walk away. There's a large off road parking area which was extremely welcome as parking elsewhere in the country was tricky at best... The space itself is well equipped, has everything required to cook your own meals, and kept fairly cool throughout the day thanks to the thick stone walls. You are in the countryside though, so be prepared to meet some interesting bugs... We throughly enjoyed our stay here, and would recommend it to anyone.

We spent an incredible 6 nights here. The views are out of this world. We loved the easy access to Sveta Nedilja's small but beautiful beach just below the house. The property has so many options for outside seating and lounging, and every corner is as beautiful as the next. We also loved the local restaurant, a 2 minute walk away! Marija is a wonderful, warm and kind host who made us feel so welcome. We cannot recommend this place highly enough!

We had a wonderful time in our Airbnb in Split. The area is beautiful, the villa is spacious and stylish, and there is plenty to do and see nearby. To get to the house, a car is really necessary as was clearly stated in the advertisement, so we were glad that we had arranged a rental car. Anka and her family were incredibly hospitable, always easily accessible and helped us excellently where necessary. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Kozica! Everything about it was perfect — from the peaceful location surrounded by nature to the thoughtful design and comfort of the home itself. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable holiday. Ivan was incredibly welcoming and helpful, always available if we needed anything but also gave us complete privacy. You can tell a lot of care and love went into creating this space — it's even better than the photos! If you're looking for a quiet retreat in the Croatian countryside this is the place to be. The house was great in a lovely little village near Omiš. Very peaceful, the outside area with hot tub was a great place to relax and unwind. Car definitely needed to get around, it was a great base for exploring the local area. Marko was a friendly and responsive host.

I came here for an intimate girls trip for my birthday and it's been the best trip! The home is absolutely stunning, the views throughout the home are breath taking and just gorgeous. We had lots of privacy, everything in the home was easy to use and easy to find, the pool was freezing though but nonetheless we still swam and had a great time. The host was super friendly and welcoming and available if we needed, we were very appreciative for her help and kindness. Thank you so much Sanja! <3
