Historic 1910 home built by a Judge in Milton 1.5 blocks walk from river board walk & hiking. 30 minutes from Pensacola & Navarre beach. 4 bedroom home with huge porches in front & back with lg trees & Spanish moss for a very secluded feeling. 3 main bedrooms have Queen beds & the 4th room is for children ONLY as it has 2 sets of bunk beds. The perfect Adult retreat. This 2 bedroom 2 full bath home stands out with a tropical style garden, large deck and custom outdoor bar. We are located 3.3 miles from I-10. You can unwind in the European style library, watch a movie on the 65” Smart TV, or enjoy a cold drink at the outdoor bar area. Coffee on the deck in the garden is the best.
