Located on Blackwater Bay at Ol’ Nichols Landing Marina, previous home of the iconic Nichols Seafood, there’s a down-home southern vibe. Nothing is fancy, everything is comfortable. Folks are friendly and still wave at passersby. Kayak’s are available to paddle the canal or bring your boat and fishing poles, there’s a launch and trailer parking.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. The “Tucked Away Tiny” is a tiny home with HUGE style! It is located in the country woods of Milton, FL on family-owned farm land, but not too far off the beaten path. Only 15 minutes to the heart of the city, and 45 minutes to beaches. It is next door to Sowell Farms which is home to several wedding venues, fenced exotic wildlife (may or may not be seen during your stay), and home of the Trophy for Great American Christmas Light Fight!

Mae's Cottage is a peaceful little bay house located right off of Interstate 10 in Milton (< 1 mile) and is within steps to the beautiful Blackwater River and Bay. It is approximately 100 yards from water access where you can enjoy fishing, boating, kayaking or just watching the sun set. There is a public boat launch so bring your boat/jet skis/kayaks and fishing gear and head out to the beautiful waters of Blackwater Bay. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful little bungalow.
