Lawrenceville is named one of America’s coolest neighborhoods. There are so many top notch restaurants, bars, boutiques and galleries to choose from, all within walking distance. Located just 10 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh, this property has everything that a short term traveler needs. Within walking distance to many food spaces and drinking establishments, Millvale is also home to 2 brewpubs, Mr. Smalls Theatre for concerts, an axe throwing/curling complex, and St. Nicholas church which is home to the artist Maxo Vanko murals. Our property also has covered parking for 2 cars. .

You'll be able to park right behind the property and walk to a ton of coffee shops, yoga, art galleries, shops, and restaurants. There is a washer/dryer in the bathroom. The kitchen has a dishwasher. The second bed is a pullout couch in the living room. Every window has a shade you can pull down to keep out the light.
