Vacation rentals with a patio in Millenia, Orlando

The room was very clean and in a convenient location close to shops, food, and universal! My family had an amazing time and would definitely recommend 10/10

I had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout the visit. The location was convenient and quiet, perfect for what I needed. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Our trip to Orlando was mainly to go to the parks so I'm going to describe it as I would like to see it in the comments. Universal: 6 minutes by car Disney: 20 minutes by car Supermarkets: everything is very close Area: super quiet and safe Building: super quiet and clean. Apartment: Impeccable, comfortable and clean. Bed: new sheets, very comfortable pillows, very comfortable mattress. Bathroom: Hot water, cold water, everything worked great. Clean towels. Kitchen: with everything you need to prepare something quick (e.g. breakfast) all the appliances worked correctly. Host: Katia Excellent! Always attentive to my questions. Highly recommended.

It was a wonderful stay. The space perfectly accommodated myself, my husband, and my mom. It's close to a super target and the mall at millennia which was great! If you need a Tesla supercharger, they're at the super target and very convenient! There's a Publix and Starbucks nearby as well which was very nice!

Great place and great location, every where we went was between 6 to 15 minutes away, lots within walking distance as well. The resort renovations have been completed and look great. This unit is about a 2 minute walk to the pool.

We’ve stayed at Jonny’s place several times and always make it a point to come back when we’re in Florida. Jonny is an amazing host and this home is beautiful and always exceeds expectations. Jesus was great - very responsive and always got back to me within minutes if I had any questions. The house was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Backyard was great and very private. The home had everything you could need and the appliances all seemed new and clean. Loved that he had the little extras like soap, shampoo, etc. We didn’t really spend too much time at the house, but it was wonderful that we could come home for an hour or two midday to take our dog for a walk and some play time, and be back at the park so quickly! Would definitely recommend this house if you are going to Universal!

This was a great place to stay near The Florida Mall in Orlando and lots of restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and I really liked the private entrance and outdoor seating area. The suite was very clean with a comfortable queen bed, lots of lighting, a modern shower, and a nice kitchenette with spacious fridge. The hostess was friendly and responsive to my needs.

This was a delightful home in a quiet older neighborhood. Although surrounding houses were not necessarily well kept, this house was decorated meticulously both inside and out as well as being very clean. It was the perfect home for 4 people. I do not think I would want more people in this small but comfortable setting. The fooz ball table was fun, and the outside setting was perfect for early morning coffee, and minigolf. The house was well stocked with many extras such as charging cords in all bedrooms. Angie communicated very quickly, and did not require the ridulous checkout procedures of many other ARBNB rentals. I would definitely rent this again when back in Orlando. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely old home in beautiful convenient neighborhood. Lots of space, great back yard with nice pool. Well stocked with plenty of towels. Kitchen is spacious. Comfortable living rooms and beds. Will definitely seek to book this place again on our next trip to Orlando.

Thank you Tina for the incredible location for our Girls weekend! Tina was a wonderful host - communicative and clear from start to finish and check-in was a breeze. The house was just as described and immaculate upon arrival. Perfect location if you're looking to experience what the real Downtown Orlando is like and not just Orange Ave or I Drive. Growing up in Orlando, the house has everything you could need and expect from a Florida home - the pool was perfect and the outdoor lounge area was heavily loved. All we needed to do was stock the fridge and make the playlists - Thanks again!

I have been to many airbnbs and this one really stood out. The cleanliness was impecable. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfy. Would definitely recommend this place.

This was such a nice little get away the condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our trip the view on the balcony was very nice and only a super short walk to the resort I think the lazy river was my favorite part parking was great I parked right in front of our building the resort was easy to find and had no trouble getting in with my QR code 10/10 would recommend

My friends and I were in Orlando for a Disney race and it was the perfect location. The accommodations were as described and very clean in a quiet community with close proximity to many shops and restaurants. Katerina provided clear instructions for accessing the stay and was very responsive. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Ryan’s place! The place was pristine and just as pictured. I loved the extra towels, blankets, and stocked coffee station. Ryan was communicative (without being annoying) and was extremely accommodating! We didn’t use the shuttle service for the parks, since we had a vehicle, so I can’t comment on that. My kids enjoyed late night swims after days at Universal Studios and Epic Universe, which were both about a 20-minute drive from the place. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who will be visiting Disney or Universal Studios!
