While it’s not known if she kept a separate bedroom of her own, this room—with its hand-carved 1880s antique queen bed—would have been both inviting and comfortable. The room features two floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the space with light. Two closets have been thoughtfully converted into a private, in-room bathroom, providing modern comfort while preserving the historic character of the house.

Its black walnut Art Deco bedroom suite, purchased at the time of the major 1935 home renovation, is accented with Grandma Hall's rose needlepoint and family-made embroidery pieces. Though the furniture is reminiscent of a by-gone era, a newer, high quality mattress and bedding provides each guest with a clean, quiet, comfortable night's rest.
