This cozy apartment has all the new amenities you will want! Not to mention, you are only 4 miles away from the beautiful Presque Isle. If you are looking for a cozy and peaceful getaway, this is the place for you! There is another Airbnb on the property which is the house of lower level.There is no shared living space and entrances.

Two bedrooms are on the ground floor. This cottage is just minutes from Presque Isle and Waldameer. This quiet location abuts Trinity Cemetery in the back and has a cozy but tranquil patio and enclosed back yard to grill out in the beautiful Erie Summer and fall. Our cottage is pet friendly so the furbabies can come along.

Stephanie and Joe have a lovely home and I would highly recommend staying here! Everything was spotless and communication was excellent. Stephanie is very friendly and made us feel right at home. She was very welcoming and gave us some great recommendations for entertainment and dining in the area. Our stay was very comfortable :)

Exactly as expected! Comfortable accommodations, centrally located and close to many conveniences. They even recommended some local places to try. Very clean! This was a great spot! Highly recommend!

I booked late and she still responded in a reasonable time with quick instructions on how simple it was to gain access to the place. her home is simple yet peaceful. very very clean and the hard wood floors are in great shape. the area was very quiet and the home sits in a residential neighborhood so you feel like you have neighbors....

This little house is PERFECT! Just enough room and we did not feel crowded. The home is decorated perfectly, absolutely fell in love with it! we visit Erie often and will definitely stay again. They really set up and stock the house with everything you'll need. And by far the cleanest Airbnb I've ever been in! The house is close to everything Erie as well! Sooooo much better than some hotel!

The stay was great and cozy with a nice private backyard. The host was very responsive and friendly. So close to so much within 30 minutes you can make it to so many fun exciting locations. We did some biking at Presque Isle State Park, sat by the water on the beach there, went on a Victorian Princess Cruise and ate some delicious food.

Denys was a very friendly host who was available and yet made our space in his apartment feel private enough. The place was clean and tidy, bed was comfortable and shower was clean and hot. Denys gave us good recommendations of local restaurants and places to visit. The view was nice and we liked the lake breeze through the screen door at night. The price was more than fair.
