L' Appartamento si trova al piano rialzato di una palazzina in stile barocco fiorito lombardo di grande charme ,è completamente ristrutturato . I pavimenti sono in marmo gettato in opera a mosaico o legno decorato a intarsi ,ci sono lampadari d'epoca stucchi e boiserie originali della casa completamente rinnovati .La metratura è molto ampia e comoda. L'appartamento è composto da: un grande salone doppio con TV collegata a internet fibra super veloce e ampio e comodo divano ,collegato da un arco alla sala da pranzo con tavolo e 8 sedie . La cucina con tavolo per 8/10 persone, ha fuochi a induzione, forno ,lavastoviglie ,è perfettamente attrezzata e funzionale. Ci sono quattro camere da letto. Due sono matrimoniali( una affacciata sul silenziosissimo cortile interno e una sulla strada) .Le due camere singole (di cui una affacciata sulla strada e una sul cortile) possono essere fornite di letto singolo o di due letti a seconda delle necessità . Il bagno ,completamente nuovo, è dotato di una spaziosa cabina doccia in cristallo, il pavimento in parquet di legno . L'appartamento inoltre è collegato, per mezzo di una meravigliosa scala a chiocciola in ferro battuto decorata, ad un'ampia taverna con bagno completamente ristrutturato , ampia cabina doccia in cristallo, lavatrice ,stendino, Asse da stiro .
