Condo vacation rentals in Milan

We had a fabulous stay in Giovanni's condo. He met us on our 1st day to give us the keys and explain where everything was. Before and during our stay, Giovanni was very quick to respond to questions and to offer recommendations. We were happy with the condo, very quiet at night and the a/c kept us cool during the 90 deg F days. Having a parking space for our rental car was a nice plus. The location was something we really enjoyed, it is very close to Milano Centrale train station, the metro station is at the end of the block. An easy walk to see the greenery around the Bosco Verticale and Piazza Gae Aulenti. If needed, there is a pharmacy right across the street from the metro station. We would stay here again without any hesitation and would recommend it to our friends interested in visiting Milan or using it as a base for day trips to see other nearby cities. Giovanni is a great Airbnb host! Very friendly and you can tell he wants you to have a nice experience in Milan.

The apartment was clean and met all the expectations we had. It is in a walking distance from city centre, and essential services can be found close to the apartment. Our host Stefano was very friendly and gave some instructions + some thoughts for sightseeing in and outside of the city. A great visit in Milan!

Highly recommend Sergio e Daniela's place for the best location in Milano, veeery easy to get there by Metro and 500m from the Duomo! The flat was exactly what we needed for 2 nights in the city and there was plenty of room for 2 people and 2 big bags. The balcony is just a perfect touch to have a morning coffee or late night wine :) Super close to great coffee places, restaurants and walkable distance to all Milano's most recognizable spots. Went for a run from there to Castelo Sforzeco and it was very enjoyable! Sergio e Daniela were amazing for letting us check-in a little early and had great recommendation of places nearby. If you're looking for a very well located spot in Milano for a short stay, I couldn't recommend this place more! Grazie Sergio e Danilea :)

Valentina was a very friendly and helpful host, and was always quick to respond. The apartment was original, well equipped and was located close to the metro and two train stations. We definitely recommend the apartment!

It is a very nice accomodation, we loved it. Metro station is very close, and there are plenty restaurant, bakery and shops nearby. Lixuan communicates and replies very quick , and she was very nice and helpful.

First time visiting Milan it was a perfect location for the train station for all of our day trips only a 10 minute walk. Quiet location away from the city centre. Only a 25 minute walk into the centre. The apartment was really clean & the host was really responsive & helpful giving local recommendations.

Perfect place to stay. Just outside busy tourism center, lots of nice restaurants and stores in area, very quiet. The place itself is lovely, immaculate, and there are excellent instructions for every appliance. Host is very responsive, there’s simply no downside to this apartment. A lovely place to stay.

Our stay at Chu Yi and Luca’s Airbnb was amazing. Chu Yi and Luca were both very responsive and helpful. They went out of their way to drive us to and from the train station from the airbnb! When we were dropped off at the train station, Chu Yi went out of her way to make sure we had our train tickets and got on the correct train. The space was very clean and the area surrounding the airbnb was quiet and peaceful. I’m sad we only spent one night here! I highly recommend it.

This accomodation was clear with instructions on how to get in and the actual area of the apartment was quite large and modern and I was met with a freezing cold can of coke and water in the fridge which boosted my experience. I enjoyed my stay and the Corvetto subway station was 2 minute walk away and a 20 minute ride to the central station. There is also a mini Mart next door for you basic food and drinks.

Everything about our stay in Milano at Michele's place was fantastic, 10/10! The apartment was so clean, comfortable, stylish, and charming I wish we could have stayed much longer. For sure we will stay here again on our next trip to Milano. Michele and Loretta were warm and friendly, it felt like we just made some new friends. They were there to greet us and show us around the apartment and Michele was able to be there to say good-bye as well. The apartment is quiet and bright (and has A/C which was nice given the warm weather) so we slept well. The stay was completely delightful and I look forward to our next visit.

It was a very nice stay. The apartment has everything you need and it is located in a good and quite area, 30 min walk from Duomo, 5 min walks from supermarkets, shops, and restaurants. Unfortunately there was no parking provided but you can find a good indoor garage just 5min walk from the apartment. I recommend to change the towels as they are pretty old. thanks for the stay!

Davide was a very responsive, kind, polite, and super professional host. The accommodation is in the pedestrian area of the Navigli. We parked 10 minutes' walk away. You can't get to the house by car, since the access is in a pedestrian zone. the room matches the pictures. Thank you Davide for your professionalism.

We had a great time in Milano, and am very grateful we had Rosa as our host. She had lots of good recommendations for us, was very obliging with the time of check-in and check-out and was really making sure we had a good time. The flat is very cosy, well equipped and in a great location, with everything needed in walking distance. Even the Dome is only about 20 minute by foot away. The flat is located in a lively neighborhood , with lots of great shops, bars and restaurants near by. The main bedroom is towards the street, so some of the outdoor noise can be heard inside. So if you are a light sleeper, bring some earplugs :)

Francesca was amazing. Super helpful with everything. She met us at the apartment when we checked in, showed us into the building and where everything was in the apartment. She said we could use everything in the cupboards and fridge if we wished! It is located right in the heart of the lively Navigli area which has some great restaurants and bars. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

I stayed at Marco's for about two months for work and I had an amazing stay! Everything from the communication prior to my arrival to the checkin into the flat was flawless! Marco and his sister Paola are very kind and generous people that did everything they could in order to make my stay as good as possible. The area is pretty quiet and the apartment very well located if you wanna explore the city. Close to two metro lines, and close to Isola with lots of bars and restaurants. You won't be disappointed if you pick Marco's apartment as your base to explore the city of Milan!! I highly recommend!!

pros of the place: clean house, parking garage, peaceful location, welcome goodie bag, clean sheets and towels, air conditioner, washing machine, dishwasher, full kitchenette. cons: too many keys to manage...maybe keep them in the car. overall i would say good for a couple with baby.

Serena's apartment was wonderful. The hot tub was relaxing and very clean. She answered all my questions quickly. I would stay there again.

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

Mateo and his wife were always available, very warm welcome. Very clean and spacious rental with a private parking space. Very close to Malpensa airport, in a friendly village, with lots of shops in the city center, there is plenty to do even on foot. We had a lovely stay at Mateo's, I recommend it with pleasure. We won't hesitate to come back again.

I was lucky enough to stay with my girlfriend one night at this Airbnb. The host, Lorenzo, was extremely nice and helpful, answering all our questions with cordiality. The ease of digital check-in and check-out made everything very simple and fast. The apartment was well equipped, with an efficient kitchen that allowed us to prepare a meal without problems. The highlight was definitely the jacuzzi: as soon as we requested it, Lorenzo immediately raised the temperature, allowing us to enjoy a moment of relaxation. The surrounding area was quiet and surrounded by greenery, perfect for a break from the chaos of the city. In addition, the proximity to the center of Monza and the Park made our walks very pleasant. I highly recommend this place for those looking for a comfortable and cozy stay!

I would 100% recommend this listing from Flora! It's a great fit, great tidy, and has plenty of amenities. Flora gave us a lovely welcome, and gave us clear instructions and several suggestions for activities in Milan. The accommodation is also located not far from transport and the Navigli district, which is nice for going out in the evening;) I recommend it and would love to come back!
