Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Midtown, Nashville

Beautiful above the garage apartment in lovely east Nashville! We traveled with 4 people-2 adults and 2 kids. The kids slept great on the pull out futon. Bathroom had all the amenities (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash included) and large shower. Decorated beautifully. My boyfriend loved the water filter in the kitchen. Location was quaint and peaceful. Ample parking behind the apt for one vehicle. Thanks for having us! Would stay again in the future.

We couldnt have asked for a better place to stay at during our family vacation. The house is beautifully decorated with tons of space. Kitchen equipped with everything you could think of. We had fresh, clean linens and I especially loved the make up small towels ! We could tell that the host thought of every little detail so guests will feel at home, and we did. Thanks for making our Nashville visit an amazing experience. 👏 we will definitely look into.their other listings whem we plan our next vacay.

We couldn’t have imagined a better place to stay for our family’s weekend getaway to Nashville. We traveled with our one year old - Ashley made sure we had what we needed to be comfortable and was so friendly and communicative before booking, leading up to the stay, and during! The home is so lovely and cozy, with a pristine backyard view. It was the perfect time of year to enjoy a sunset from the patio. Location is perfect - super safe and close proximity to all the great restaurants. We miss it already - couldn’t recommend it more!

We absolutely loved staying at Hank’s Place! It was a pleasant surprise to see all the extra food items. That was definitely a nice touch. It was like staying in a museum. We will def be back again. Hopefully next time we can stay longer!

Super cute spot that was within walking distance to some of my favorite hidden Nashville gems (Bongo Java- amazing coffee shop, 615 Deli- literally a 1 min walk, and the amazing Belmont Campus right across the street). I liked that it was tucked away, had a place to park, and also had a VERY comfortable bed!

Evane was a very responsive host! She gave us great instructions and worked with my group and I to ensure our stay was as we wanted. The apartment was very clean and spacious. She left us super awesome chocolates from her shop next door as well! I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting the Nashville area!

The short answer is everything was PERFECT for us at Megan's place! As you can see from our all-5-star rating, we were VERY happy with our stay, but we can't stress enough that the affordability of the space coupled with the convenience of being two blocks from the Hillsboro Village restaurants, bars, and stores was AMAZING!!! An added bonus for us is that Megan's place has a washer and dryer, which is a game changer when it comes to packing for a trip! We're already looking forward to our next trip to Nashville and we will totally be staying at Megan's place again!

We just stayed at Brigitte's for the weekend. The place was everything we expected. Very clean and comfortable. Brigitte was very responsive and informative. We definitely will stay here again the next time we go back to Nashville.

We loved this place! Extremely clean, perfect location, and exactly as described! We’ve stayed a lot of different places in Nashville and this was one of our favorites! Highly recommend staying in the 12 South area.

Very clean place in a nice peaceful neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again.

The "Lyric" was as advertised and met all our expectations! (Especially convenient for any activity associated with Lipscomb.) We felt comfortable right away. (As others have mentioned, this location may be a challenge for any who have difficulty with stairs. But once inside there are no issues with getting around the space.) Host were great. Though we really didn't need anything as all was taken care of.

We enjoyed our stay the entire time. Everything was close to downtown and easy to find. Ubers were cheap and plenty of restaurants around. Don was very responsive making it easy for us. The place was beautiful and well kept. We would definitely stay again.

I really enjoyed staying here and would stay again or recommend my family to stay when they come to Nashville. It was very clean and had everything that you would need for a little trip. The outside of the place actually felt safe because it’s gated in and I believe there were cameras which as a single woman made me feel comfortable. Whenever I had a question I messaged the host and she got back to me immediately so I felt comfortable reaching out. Everything was great thanks Amy!!

This was in a great location from downtown Nashville. If you want an easy drive into the city, I recommend this place. Ubering from the house was very cheap and easy (around $6 per trip). The drive only took about 10 minutes each way.

Michael was absolutely wonderful! The place was so nice and clean! I do however want to say that the step up to the bathroom/shower will get you everytime. 🤣 It’s close to everything and a lot of good restaurants! He also provided us with a huge list of places to eat/see/do! We had a wonderful time!

This place was super convenient to things in town and also the pool was a nice relaxing place to pass the time. Kitchen is small but fully equipped with whatever you might need to cook a meal. Definitely recommend!

This place was fantastic! Perfect place and location. We had everything we needed. Comfy beds and sheets felt like we were in a luxury hotel. Host was great at communication. I would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Upon arrival we had our doubts but as the week went along we enjoyed the location, easy access to Downtown and lots to do around the area within walking distance( 12 AVE was great to walk and eat) The suite was on the top floor and was an older building but we really enjoyed it. It was clean and had everything we needed. Everything was comfortable and we had no complaints about the location or the unit. Great info on the area and what to do. Great place to stay we would use again when in Nashville
