One King bed, 2 twin beds, double bed, a pull out queen sofa bed, and air mattress. Peace and quiet just minutes away from the city yet still comfortable. The home is close to many restaurants, grocery stores, banks, gas stations, and main hospital (1/2-2+miles). There are creeks and lakes locally to fish, parks. Beaches approx. 45 mins.

You can play some games or puzzles if you want to stay inside or Crochet on the front lawn to enjoy some fresh air & sunshine. We are 2.5 Miles from the WW Ranch Motorcross park. We don't have anything new but I can assure you it will be clean. Sorry we are not suited for children or pets, 2 guests Max. and check-in must be before 9PM.

Spring Park and the St. John's River are just a mile down the road. The three bedroom home sleeps eight and features a brand new king bed in the master suite. The open concept living room and kitchen are great for entertaining and the backyard is completely fenced in for your four-legged pals.

Awesome sunsets - Silver Sands is one of the few area lakes that is full and natural spring fed. Water is crystal clear and soft yes soft. 2 private decks, laundry room, and 2 carports. Two kayaks, Lake front swimming and fishing - come relax. 5 minute drive to groceries and gas. New fast WiFi , interior paint and metal roof. Pets are welcome but don’t we do charge a fee. We also charge a late checkout fee. Fireplace is not in service. RV pad with electric and water at 100 night option .

This is a full size one bedroom house with full brand new kitchen and private entrance. The entire place was renovated late 2021. A king size bed (inc tv) awaits you and a twin sized sofa bed for one adult or two kids. The kitchen has a full sized brand new oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher and fridge and is stocked with utensils etc so you can easily make full meals or stay for an extended time. There's one free off-street parking spot available and plentiful free street parking.
