From August 2020, we opened the doors of this new vacation home. The house is very centrally located on the outskirts of Koudekerke. The house is in a unique location with its own garden and terrace. It is modernly furnished and equipped with every comfort. The ground floor has a bathroom, luxury kitchen and cozy sitting area. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, made beds, toilet and storage closet. The beach, Dishoek, Middelburg and Vlissingen are accessible by bicycle.

A wonderful place for peace and quiet and if you love animals. Both the beach and the beautiful city of Middelburg are not far away. All easily accessible by bike. This cottage is surrounded by woods. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.

Welcome to our favourite place! A lovely house at Kortgene harbour in the always sunny province of Zeeland. You can relax and unwind here. The house is available for six people and is fully equipped. Beach, shops, eateries, supermarket, everything is within walking distance. There is also an electric charging station for your electric car. Please note, you can only connect this with your own charging card.
