Welcome to Studio Over Water. This beautiful room is in a quiet place 900 meters from the center of Middelburg, just outside the canals. The room is on the ground floor. Also easily accessible for people with walking difficulties. You have access to a room with a sitting area, luxury double bed, kitchenette and a private bathroom with toilet. You overlook the garden, which you can also use. Parking is free. Bicycles or scooters can be stored indoors.

It has its own entrance and is located above our lunchroom, which is open from 10 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. The apartment is completely private and suitable for 4 people with the possibility of a 5th person.
