This "solo safari tent" is located in a sheltered place in the meadows surrounded by knot willows. At the bottom of an unpaved walking dike with a pond next to it. The horses and sheep come every now and then to see what you are doing, but that will not disturb your privacy. Luxury "camping" with the convenience of (green) electricity, hot and cold water, outdoor shower, good mattresses, campfire, small but complete kitchenette. The modern new apartment is suitable for 2 adults and 1 child. Downstairs living room with open kitchen and toilet. Upstairs, 1 spacious bedroom with walk-in shower, toilet and a sleeping loft on the 2nd floor. Within 50 m walking distance of supermarket, bakery, restaurants and bike rental. On-site private parking. Terrace with lots of privacy.

Studio dune house, 100m to the beach

Studio Duinhuis ... the specially designed wooden house with wood-burning stove is located on the hill opposite the monumental bathing pavilion, 100 meters from the beach access! It’s my lifelong dream to live by the sea with a small studio and to rent out a tiny house. In typical Teeland style, the house's windows open out onto a sunny wooden terrace. You can hear the sea all the way here. A cozy sleeping loft makes the house special; the small sauna can be booked on the spot (€20.00/2 hours).

Our guesthouse is located in the old harbor district of historic Bergen op Zoom. Located on the Brabantse Wal between Rotterdam, Antwerp and the Zeeland coast. Plenty of cozy cafes and restaurants! Through a shared gate, you enter the backyard where the guesthouse is located. On the ground floor is the living room, kitchenette and toilet. Via the authentic, steep stairs you enter the bedroom with bathroom and access to the roof terrace. The rooms are not suitable for the disabled.

Boutique Casita makes it happen! Please note that the rental price is exclusive of the following costs: - Dog fee: €15 per day per dog. - Tourist tax: €2.42 per day per person. - In the months of December, January, February, and March, gas consumption is charged additionally at a rate of €1.50 per m³.

From August 2020, we opened the doors of this new vacation home. The house is very centrally located on the outskirts of Koudekerke. The house is in a unique location with its own garden and terrace. It is modernly furnished and equipped with every comfort. The ground floor has a bathroom, luxury kitchen and cozy sitting area. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, made beds, toilet and storage closet. The beach, Dishoek, Middelburg and Vlissingen are accessible by bicycle.

Elke's studio at the bottom of the dike

In a prime location just a stone's throw from the beach, you will find our small cozy double studio at the bottom of the dike. At the front, there is ample parking. Amenities such as a supermarket, bakery, restaurants are within walking distance. You can also make the most beautiful (beach) walks and bike rides from your studio. The studio has a double bed, toilet, shower/sink, television, kitchenette with coffee/tea facility and hob, private access and terrace.

The Zevenklapper is a 5-minute walk from the beach and boulevard and a 5-minute bike ride from the city center. Here you will find an Ibiza style guest suite for 2 people. Completed in June 2022. After waking up in the morning in the box spring, you can bake your croissants in your own kitchen. Drink a cup of coffee on your own terrace in the morning sun. Jump under the rain shower and discover what Zeeland has to offer. Life is so beautiful.
