Loft vacation rentals in Mid-Coast, Maine

We had a lovely week-long stay with our toddler and infant! The place was very quiet, clean, and comfortable (one of us slept on the couch). Such a beautiful area and very welcoming hosts. Extensive grounds to explore and easy river access.

Had a great time staying at Linda’s! It was a very short drive to Boothbay Harbor and practically next to the wedding venue (Boothbay Playhouse). All the little things (keurig coffee, local bakery items) really made our stay pleasant and Linda was super responsive to texts and requests!

Sherry's place was as whimsical as the pictures suggest (kid-play-friendly, with a rustic New England farm style, decorated with murals, twinkly lights, and natural seashore finds), but also as chic and clutter-free as you'd want as a visitor. Very clean; good wifi; comfortable beds. Wonderful location for us, close to Rockland and a trip to Monhegan. As a testament to Sherry's character: when we accidentally trespassed on a neighbor, the mention of Sherry's name earned instant forgiveness. I'd love to return!

I was happy to return to stay at Deb's, this time around in the studio loft. It was very spacious and comfortable and included anything that you might want or need. It was a perfect spot for me to rest while watching ski races at Black Mountain for the weekend. Thanks for being a wonderful host once again, Deb!

This place is so lovely and peaceful. We loved the water view from the loft and roaming the beach. It is a great spot.

This was a lovely, beautiful home to enjoy with several couples traveling together. The community space was wonderful for spending time together (although the tall ceilings make it a little chilly - bring a sweater and slippers if the weather is cold) and the bedrooms were well appointed and comparable to each other in convenience and quality so no one felt like they drew the short straw. The location couldn’t have been better for exploring Bar Harbor by foot while still having peace and quiet. It was also very easy and quick to get into the park.

Judith was kind and welcoming. She left breakfast for us and made sure all details were taken care of. This place is a slice of heaven on earth, quiet and serene providing refuge from the hustle and bustle of everyday world. The views are incredible and the space is beautifully rustic. We hope we can comeback someday.

The loft was indeed drenched in sun! It was beautiful. The bathroom was divine- we loved the amazing shower! It's too bad it was winter because the sitting deck would have been lovely! The location was perfect. We walked to a wonderful breakfast/lunch place, and the highways were so close! I would highly recommend Erica's place!

The apartment treehouse was absolutely pretine. It was decorated beautifully. The kitchen had everything we needed. Jennifer and Robert even included local blueberry jam and l honey, which we used on our toast every morning. There were plenty of towels, and the apartment included a washer and dryer. The location was perfect, no traffic noise, just the sounds of a variety of birds, and the tall trees swaying in the breeze. We were able to open the windows and get a breeze in the apartment. They have a new air and heat system in the apartment. We did not need the heat, we did use the air the last night we were there, it worked well. We will definitely stay here again!

We loved the Loft. It is very spacious, modern, and clean. All appliances are updated stainless steel. It is 2 floors with the living-room on the ground floor at entering and the kitchen, dining, and bedrooms upstairs. There is plenty of storage and even a washer/dryer. The location is close (within 5 min drive) to beautiful beaches. Parking at the beach was our only concern. Karen communicates clearly and provides exact instructions. It is very easy and enjoyable to stay at the Loft. We would love to return.

We absolutely loved our trip! David is the best host and his home + garden are simply incredible. If you’re interested in Maine’s local ecology and native plants, you must stay here! Camden is a short walk away, and there’s always something to do there, as well.

The perfect Maine cottage in the perfect Maine location! A charming, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped home with a beautiful view of the water, in a location that was close to everything in the Boothbay area yet felt private and peaceful. We've stayed in many great airbnb rentals over the years, and this was one of the best! Seamless and friendly communication from Sea Maine, including a welcome gift and text updates, was the icing on the cake. We would love to return to this cottage again, and based on this experience would trust any of Sea Maine's rentals to be equally wonderful and well-managed!

The place was absolutely fantastic! The space was much bigger than I expected and it had everything we needed - a beautiful & spacious living space, well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Plus, the location was perfect!

Tara is a fantastic host. Her condo is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. I give Tara and her Condo my highest recommendations. I will stay there again.

This loft apartment was the perfect getaway. The location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the water from the loft and from the property itself . The interior was beautifully designed with modern amenities. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook meals and enjoy the perfect views . There was a beautiful picnic table outside and Adirondack chairs to enjoy the views. There were beautiful paved trails and a swinging bridge to cross over to town . The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the area. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable and comfortable stay. Sandy and AJ were the sweetest hosts ! Many sweet surprises . Will definitely return !

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house had everything we needed… and I mean EVERYTHING. Plenty of cookware, dishes, linens. There were even extra toiletries in case we forgot anything! The bed was comfortable, the porch was peaceful. Spotless and well organized. The lobsters were such a great experience and the instructions were so simple. I would have never thought I could cook lobster but it turned out great! Such a cool place. Lots around the area to explore. We spent a day on the Schoodic Peninsula and I wish we would have more time to spend. The ferry from winter harbor to bar harbor was SO fun! Great hosts! We had plenty of privacy but also appreciated Catherine checking in to make sure we were settled. It’s a beautiful area. There was also a super detailed guidebook and maps, which was extremely helpful and thoughtful.
