Condo vacation rentals in Miami River

Rene and Elise were fantastic hosts who went above and beyond. We stayed at the condo for a small bachlorette trip and were welcomed with a case of water bottles and champagne - a perfect start to the weekend. The hosts were always quick to respond and had great suggestions for our stay. They even held onto our luggage after checkout so we could explore before our flight later in the evening. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and the location is perfectly centered to all things Miami. I’m looking forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you Rene & Elise for an unforgettable trip!

Great, luxurious stay with an amazing view and a wonderful host! I’m very thankful for their flexibility and willingness to check me in at 3am, while other hosts could not accommodate. Little things like this make an otherwise stressful situation, a lot easier to navigate :) I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Alfredo and Emilia’s place were in the perfect location! Me and my wife enjoyed all the amenities and the pool was amazing there! They were super responsive with questions and their place was so spotless. No hesitations to stay at any of their places again we loved it!

Cindy’s place was exactly as pictured. It was clean and can’t beat the views. Cindy was very helpful in making recommendations and accommodating us. We will always try to stay at her condo when we go to Miami.

Great location! Love the fact that we could walk to restaurants, shops and more and this unit has easy access to the pool. Definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to Miami.

Gabriela made my birthday trip a home away from home. She was very responsive and had clear instructions with pictures attached. The home was just enough for me and my boyfriend. I even cooked a few meals and felt at home. 10’s across the board!!!

Thank you very much for hosting us. We had one of the best vacations ever. Everything from the service to the location was top notch. The unit was as advertised and Aljosha couldn’t be nicer. When I return, I hope to stay in the same unit. Highly recommend!

Loren’s place was perfect! We had issues with the tv - there wasn’t a remote in the room. But Loren was on it with getting it resolved, and the people at the hotel ended up bringing us a remote. I appreciate how there were dishes, silverware, and paper towels in the room. We picked up tropical fruit so I was worried we wouldn’t have anything to open it with. The spa passes were so nice! We got sun burn the first day and the mineral pool was clutch. I feel like it helped our skin with recovering. I was a little worried about the fees from the hotel but we were charged a total of about $200 - that includes the cleaning fee which we were already aware of. Everything else is like small fees and taxes. The free valet was amazing! I will say one night it took 45 minutes to get our car - it was a Friday night. We just planned better on our end after this. The space was so clean, the views were beautiful. We will for sure be back! Loren was the best host!

Rafael was thoughtful and communicative. We were pleased with his responsiveness and understanding of our needs. We had several questions for Rafael and he was very informative. The place was exactly as described. It was impeccably clean, inviting, and private. The bathroom was clean and shower was comfortable for tall people. There is ample storage space . There is an enclosed patio with stones and chairs. Should the need arise, we would definitely stay there again!

Everything was perfect the apartment clean and spacious

The building to the apartment was very friendly clean. The elevator was a little slow, but when we got to the room, a beautiful scenery, it smelt clean. The view was nice. I didn’t close my blinds during my stay. The best was comfortable. I didn’t wanna leave. I will be coming back to the same apartment it was walking distance to wherever you wanted to go restaurant drinks and clubbing

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment before our cruise. The unit is beautifully furnished and situated, we could even see our ship arriving from the balcony! The views, both day and night, are absolutely stunning. The beds were very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and safe. Also a good feature is the free metro which is available conveniently right in front of the building, which saves time compared to taking an Uber, especially when the nearby bridge is open. I would 100% recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Great stay in downtown Miami! The location is super convenient, the apartment was very clean, and communication with Alberto was smooth throughout. The shared spaces were well-maintained and made for a comfortable experience. If I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be to add some cozier lighting in the living room to make it feel even more inviting. Would definitely stay again!

I live in Airbnb’s almost the entire year, this one did not disappoint. Everything was great. I would stay here longer if I could.

Overall 5 Stars! The check went great the person we met for our key went above and beyond to make sure our check in went smoothly he even helped us with parking! The complete interaction was great with everyone. I would highly recommend

One of the best, if not the best AirBnB that I’ve ever stayed at, beautiful view, very reasonably priced, and was within walking distance of many different shops and restraints. Will visit again!

The host was so nice beginning from Day 1 of booking. She was very responsive and offered a flexible check in which was great! The unit was great and fit our group of 4 perfectly. The view was great, location was perfect! So close to all the good Brickell restaurants. The only "complaint", if you can call it that, was the sofa was a little older and it started to peel. The pieces were attached to me after standing up. We just put a towel down and we were totally fine. I would definitely book this unit again without a doubt!
