Townhome vacation rentals in Miami Beach

Perfect stay for a family in the closest residential part to south beach. Everything was as described and the host was very communication. As a bonus, they also went above and beyond helping with the parking situation.

Had a great stay in Miami. This was our second time in this property and would book again.

Winston was awesome. Came by and chatted with me and my guests for over an hour one night. He’s not only a great host , he’s a great friend. Will be back !

Great host. I love the city. Location is not bad, There were some homeless guys across the yard but they didnt bother us. Just an fyi for single travelers. Easy to find and responsive host. It was 3 of us so Id definitely stay again.

Jane was an excellent host. She was very communicative and always checked up to see if we needed anything. We had a long stay here and it definitely felt at home. I’d 100% be a returning guest at any of her airbnbs.

Very good location! House is used and remember decades but maintained quite well but do not expect luxury. Layout is good for more families. House is very spacious and location is the key here. Parking no problem. Restaurants and beaches in minutes. Great host, well communicating. Overall excellent.

Nice little setup. Very clean, well maintained. Combo washer/dryer was a new experience that took some doing to figure out how to run DRY cycle only. A/C worked well. Beds were a little too firm for my liking, however they were in good shape. Upstairs stand alone bathroom vent fan is very loud, so be careful turning it on if people are sleeping in the 2 bedrooms next to it. For those who like really dark rooms, the curtains don't close completely so let light in a bit. Jimmy was very responsive and helpful with having trouble figuring out the lockbox. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies. Ice/water from fridge worked well. Parking at night was a bit tough to find the spot marked '74' as someone was parked in one of them, and the paint is almost completely faded on them. Would recommend to others, was an overall positive experience.

We had a nice stay everything was great. The Williams were very accommodating and let us check in a little early. The apartment was very clean and it was a nice space. We enjoyed every bit of it besides receiving a message on a Saturday night of a complaint of us “talking too loud” & having a talking party. There were 4 of us. We were having regular conversation inside of the apartment and it felt weird and felt like we weren’t allowed to talk at all. Besides the talking part I would book again

This is a great place to stay, very private. The place was very comfortable. I would recommend staying here and next time I’m in town I will try to rent it again.

This was the perfect getaway spot for our family. The beach is literally a short walk away, and the neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. Miriam was incredibly kind and always made sure we had everything we needed. We were especially impressed with the beach supplies in the garage - such a thoughtful touch!

Modern and clean place with great proximity to Coconut Grove and University of Miami. Host was super responsive to all our needs and requests. Note that if you have a large SUV, like we did, it will fit in the driveway but the gate won’t close behind it. The master bedroom and bath are huge! Our group also enjoyed the outdoor area and pool.

We had a wonderful time at this Airbnb the place was clean and beautiful and cozy !! Host was very responsive and helpful The area was beautiful and quiet. Rooms are great size and felt right at home ! Can’t wait to come again ! Also close to downtown and some really nice restaurants!

We had a wonderful time staying in Lauderdale by the sea at the Villa Margarita… it had all the conveniences of home and we loved the space and updates… We used the pool every day and also the grill that was provided… The location was really good and within walking distance to everything… We loved the little diner on the corner and had rented a golf cart so we could just load it up with our things and just go around the corner and across the road to the beach or head over to the shops and restaurants the other direction to the beach… The only thing I will say is even though it was a very convenient location the description of the condo being “steps to the beach” sounded like the beach was closer than it was, but it didn’t end up being problem for us. We would definitely return here in the future!

It was the perfect space for our family because it was extremely clean, spacious, and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The layout was ideal for relaxing together, and the location made it easy to access the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. We especially appreciated the little touches that made it feel like home. We highly recommend this property for families or anyone looking for a peaceful, well-kept place to stay in Fort Lauderdale. Very nice condo with large rooms and nice family spaces. Pool was great for small kids. Walkable to all of the nice things Coconut Grove offers.

We had a wonderful stay. The host was exceptional in her communication and helpfulness. We could see the marina from the driveway of the property. It felt secluded and safe. A fantastic base for us to explore the local area and amazing city sites too. Many thanks 🤩
