The decoration is is very eclectic and unique. You walk right out to the water, and get to see all the birds passing. The decorations were amazing lots of unique pieces, but it’s still made us feel very cozy.

Martha’s place is a perfect location to conveniently visit the Everglades and the Keys. Martha was very responsive and kind. The place was clean and well equipped.

Chris was an excellent host! His helpfulness and accommodations allowed my group to feel right at home.

We loved staying at Rosangela’s place — great location (super close to the beach and multiple stores and restaurants) and it felt extremely spacious for the 4 of us. Would definitely stay there again.

Dean’s condo was exactly as pictured. The complex was beautiful and very well maintained. We loved having a few restaurants to walk to as well. Can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful house located in a quiet private development right on the water. House was full of all the necessities plus more! Backyard pool and dock make this your own paradise. Would highly recommend and would come again.

Great place to stay while visiting Miami area. The community and the location were great. Just what I was I looking for. Great place to come back to rest after being out site seeing. The place is equipped with comfortable beds and everything we needed in the kitchen. It has 2 and 1/2 bathrooms, which made it very convenient for all my family traveling with me. Very clean. The host was very friendly and provided instructions that were easy to follow. Guest parking was easy to find and safe. Just a few step from the front door. I will definitely look forward to staying there again when I return to visit Miami area.

Modern and clean place with great proximity to Coconut Grove and University of Miami. Host was super responsive to all our needs and requests. Note that if you have a large SUV, like we did, it will fit in the driveway but the gate won’t close behind it. The master bedroom and bath are huge! Our group also enjoyed the outdoor area and pool.

Great place to stay. Quiet, and very enjoyable. The Lanai was a great place to sit in the morning and have a cup of coffee and enjoy the peace and quiet. The house was beautiful and very clean with everything we needed to make it HOMEY!

The stay itself was great and generally close to where I was going everyday. It was spacious and clean and came with all the major appliances. Overall the stay was what anyone could want just don’t come with more than 3 vehicles, gated community is not friendly with parking in guest areas.

Quiet, convenient neighborhood. Very comfortable for 2 couples. Javier's place had everything we needed, and everything worked perfectly. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and very nice. Very spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the windows had blackout curtains to allow you to sleep late. Very clean and uncluttered. Robert was very responsive to messages, normally within in few minutes but sometimes immediately. We may be heading back to Kendall in a few months and will definitely try to stay here again if it is available.

Very clean place to stay , accurate website description, pictures match the reality, kitchen fully equipped, the host available and answers any question immediately, my only concern is the place needs sofa bed to accommodate number of 4 people to sleep. Over all it is a wonderful house and I recommend it to anyone who think about renting it.

This is a spacious secluded duplex with a beautiful patio in a residential area of Coconut Grove just a stone’s throw away from the marina. In addition to having all the creature comforts it has 2 private parking spaces in front of the front door.

My family vacation was great. Lisa was kind and very responsive. Her home was organized, clean and stocked with everything you needed.
