We just spent 10 wonderful nights here. What can I say apart from it was perfect. Yves and Scarlett are great hosts. They are on hand if you need them but very discreet the rest of the time. The barn is very well equipped and has everything needed to self cater. The grounds are amazing and kept in fantastic condition - we regularly used the pool and hot tub. There are 4 resident donkeys, a small dog and a cat. All are lovely - the donkeys are a pleasure to watch. We went out to a town called Salies de Bearn and would highly recommend it for nice scenery, cafes, bars and restaurants. There are supermarkets and bakeries in nearby towns. The hosts are great at making recommendations. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back ☺️

Two perfect nights in Biscarrosse. The house is bright, very well-located. Caroline and Emmanuel allowed us to arrive late and the instructions were very clear 😊 Our stay was too short, we'll be sure to come back to this very nice house!

We had a great family weekend, the small apartment has an ideal surfer side for a change of scenery, the terrace is super nice. Honestly, if we come back to Bisca, we'll come back to your place!!! 😄 Thank you Franck

We are happy with our stay. The house is spacious, there are lots of toys, books for children. The garden is large and the proximity to the surrounding forest is pleasant. The beach is close by car, the supermarket too. The neighborhood is quiet. We may be back ☺️

What a wonderful stay in this little cocoon, a big thank you to Katia and Olivier who were available and responsive when needed and very discreet throughout our stay. The pluses that make the difference: air conditioning, swimming pool, barbecue, quality of bedding, outdoor terrace, darts and finally the 2 magnificent bikes that allow you to reach the accommodation at the beach of Ondres or enjoy the surrounding areas. The accommodation is frankly great and especially close to everything, it's a good base to visit the Basque and Landes coast.

We (2 adults, 3 children aged 13, 12 and 9) had a great time in Guillaume's house. The furnishings of the house are very appealing. The pool is great and there is a large garden. Sometimes pheasants or deer come by and we have discovered stag beetles. You need a car to go shopping or to the beach. It is a very calm, rural area. Just the right thing if you are looking for peace and quiet. The beaches are easy to reach and very nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks to the very nice and helpful Guillaume.

We enjoyed the time very much. The unique view of the sea is very nice. Very good restaurants are also just around the corner. The apartment is very suitable for a vacation for two.

The place was in great condition and especially great location & view. There were two of us and there was plenty of room. Everything was very clean. The location and the view of the sea were fantastic. Everything went smoothly, smoothly, quickly and the communication was very friendly. Glad to come back :)

We only spent three days there but the apartment is in a very good location in Capbreton. When we arrived Philippe gave us simple and complete instructions and also sent us recommendations for activities in the area. A very good and pleasant stay.

I thank her for making us feel at home. The apartment is very large, cozy, spacious. Clean kitchen. Impeccable terrace. Bedding as well. Thanks to her for the Basque cakes. They were delicious. Recommended without hesitation 👌

A really relaxed and beautiful accommodation where you can feel very comfortable. The terrace in particular is a big plus. Pierre was always very easy to reach and helpful… A few more towels would have been nice. There was only 1 towel per person, which is a little tight. There was also only one kitchen towel… a little scarce for a longer stay But all in all a very good accommodation with top price/performance ratio

François' place is great. Access to the beach (10 meters) and proximity to bars/restaurants is very convenient. Recommended!

The location is excellent, 3 minutes from the beach. It has a parking space right next to it, very convenient. Perfect apartment for 2-3 people, with all the amenities, terrace overlooking the port. Wi-Fi would be appreciated.

Ideally located accommodation, with everything within walking distance (beach, shops, walks, etc.). The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, and has a beautiful terrace as well as a garden that goes all around the accommodation. Even in hot weather, it remained pleasantly cool thanks to its location on the ground floor. Bernard and his partner are lovely: they will be able to advise you on the area and respond to any special requests. If we return to the area, we will rent this accommodation again without hesitation! 😊

Apartment with a beautiful view of Notre-Dame beach in Capbreton. It is not very large but well arranged and has all the necessary space for 2 people. We were welcomed by the owner's father who was extremely kind. There were also 2 bikes available which is a real plus for getting around the city.

Perfect! Close to the ocean, the city and its restaurants. You can drop your car off in the private parking lot and do everything on foot. The accommodation is clean and as described. I would recommend it!

Small functional apartment, very well renovated, tastefully. Great location, everything is within walking distance. The host Julie is welcoming and gives very precise directions in advance, facilitating our arrival. We had a lovely family weekend in this quiet accommodation and will be happy to return!
