My place is a wooden house built by local carpenters with local timber. We use 100% renewable energy and even the waste is off grid. Situated in our 2 acre garden in a residential neighbourhood, opposite the pine forest. You can walk to the village for boulangerie and restaurants. We are 15 min from the Atlantic beaches of Contis. Gite les coquillages 1 (Shells 1)

In a quiet location ten minutes from the ocean and three minutes from the city center of Lit et Mixe by car, our two cottages "Les Coquillages" welcome you in the green setting of our garden. Both cottages are air-conditioned, equipped with a flat screen, Wi-Fi and an independent bathroom with shower and toilet. These two-person accommodations also have an equipped kitchen area, as well as a private terrace that is not overlooked. You have access to a heated pool in the summer.

Traditional Landes house

This typical Landes house offers unparalleled comfort for vacations for families or groups of friends. Ideal for 1 large family or 2 families, the house is equipped with 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 terraces, 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. It will delight both children and adults with its heated pool (open from May 1 to September 30, 2026) and its boules court. The house is located in an oak grove, quiet, away from prying eyes, just 10 km from the ocean and the beach of Contis.

The workshop under the pines

Forget your worries in this beautiful place, located next to the owner's house but totally independent. Quiet, at the edge of the pine forest, you can enjoy the pool from June to October if the weather permits. The ocean is about 6 km away, a bike path takes you there, 500 m from the studio. The town center and its shops are 1.5 km away but 100 m away, across the street you will find Florian the market gardener and his good garden produce as well as regional products.

Caillaou Rental

Located in a quiet area, a fully renovated and air-conditioned single-story house. It includes 2 bedrooms of 10 m² and 11 m² with a 140 cm bed and wardrobe, a sofa bed (140 cm bed), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a separate toilet, a 30 m² living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. garden table, barbecue and clothesline private petanque court. bike path 10 m away 20 minutes from the beaches of Mimizan and Contis Please note that bath towels are not provided!!!

"Noa" cabin

Come and relax in this new wooden house, located 4 km from the ocean. It consists of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (2 160 beds and a 180 bed divisible into 2*90), a bathroom, a kitchen open to the living room and its sliding door for an indoor-outdoor spirit. A large partly covered terrace with sofa and garden table, for the other part you can enjoy the sun on the deckchairs, beside a heated pool secured by a roller shutter. Bike and BBQ shelters

Independent accommodation in a new wooden house

Fully self-contained and furnished 20 m2 studio. 1 km from the village center: - bakery, SPAR convenience store, wine bar, 3 restaurants (including 1 gourmet and a good pizzeria), 2 bars, Sunday morning market. 1/4 hour from Contis Beach, 20 minutes from Mimizan. Guests will enjoy the entire garden, an outdoor terrace for lunch/dinner, electric grill available. The forest is opposite 3 minutes away, a farmyard with talkative chickens nearby.

Come and rest with your family at La Pignada. Beautiful Landes villa completely redone, in a peaceful environment of 4000 m2. Located in a small hamlet, this house IS NOT SUITABLE FOR PARTIES OR NOISY GROUPS. We want you to respect the neighborhood!

L'Estanquet.

At the "Domaine de Meysouet" in Sindères, the estanquet is a fuste, a rough wooden structure located at the exit of a small village. It was entirely made by us. Sindères is 5 minutes from all amenities. The setting is rural, on a plot of land not far from the forest. The maisonette is located on part of the hosts' land and has been designed to allow guests to enjoy it without being overlooked.
