An excellent place to spend your holidays

Really enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s place. After just a few nights, we liked it so much that we were lucky enough to extend our stay. Would definitely rent the upstairs in future to have friends or family come along with us. Can’t emphasize enough how great it was to have air conditioning and hot water on demand. We also used the washer and dryer more than expected, so that was great too! And always appreciate the little touches, like beach towels and a few puzzles :) It’s nice to have kitchen basics and a little bit of patio furniture, as the outdoor space is really nice to spend the afternoon relaxing. Thanks for having us Kathy, we hope to return!

Absolutely incredible stay! This place exceeded all our expectations. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet just a quick 3–5 minute Uber ride from all the best restaurants, beaches, and nightlife. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views that matched (and even surpassed) the photos. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. Mirianne was an outstanding host—super responsive and helpful, which made our entire stay seamless and stress-free. It was our first time visiting Puerto Vallarta, and thanks to this amazing experience, it certainly won’t be our last. Easily a 10/10!

I went for the sole purpose of disconnecting from the work day and relaxing on the beach with my boxer dog, and it was achieved! The loft is beautiful and super suitable, it has everything you need The condominium staff at all times are super friendly and respectful. obviously there are rules and you have to take care of the facilities but both me and my dog treated us super well. has easy access to the beach and is a very nice beach perfect for swimming and walking Diego was aware that everything was perfect and he didn't miss out on any details to make it so. He's an excellent host. I would definitely go back, spend a few magical days.

The host, William, was incredibly attentive, responding quickly to any needs with warmth and efficiency. Highly recommend this gem for a fantastic stay!

Alvaro is an excellent host, great communication prior to arrival and when we arrived as well. Condo is impeccably clean, very well appointed from snorkeling gear, wine opener, pool towels, hammocks for relaxing, great pressure and temp of showers, blackout blinds, appreciated the AC. Little things that go a long way like games, puzzles, binoculars for viewing. Alvaro has the place beautifully decorated, whimsical art work and beautiful workmanship on the wooden doors throughout the condo. Kitchen very well stocked. Sayan is an amazing property. Security is awesome, so helpful getting cabs. Service was excellent in the roof top bar and restaurant/bar on lower level. Fitness center is well appointed. Massages were amazing. Public areas impeccable cleaned. Every here you look staff is cleaning, dusting, trimming plants, cleaning windscreens at the pools. Everyone is so friendly. Food is amazing, fresh, healthy, beautiful details and interesting twist on local dishes. Amazing, thank you

The only thing I didn't realize was there was only one blow dryers, and one keys. Besides that this place had an amazing view, calm relaxing pool, and the response if we needed something was very quick, we loved it.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at Richard’s condo in Nuevo Vallarta! From the very beginning, Richard was an exceptional host—he promptly answered all my questions before our arrival and went above and beyond to ensure our family had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the condo itself exceeded our expectations. It was spotless, modern, and surprisingly spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, and every appliance worked perfectly, which made our stay even more comfortable and convenient. I truly have nothing but great things to say about both the host and the condo. Richard’s hospitality made our trip stress-free and memorable. I would absolutely recommend staying here and hope to return again!

Very conveniently located and quiet, excellent for enjoying with the family

It was really cozy and nice, very complete and functional. The host is super attentive, you just have to follow the rules to the letter, but the apartment is phenomenal, so if you want to spend a few pleasant days, I definitely recommend it.

Alan's photos don't do justice to how beautiful the place is!! Everything is very clean, spacious, large, good location and privacy. Without a doubt, an accommodation that we will consider again for future vacations!!

Where to start? The location is great, with a lot of privacy, little traffic, and great restaurants (as well as supermarkets) all a 10–15 minute drive away. You won’t be able to order food from public delivery services such as Didi, Uber or Rappi, but if you call a specific restaurant that does delivery they will get it to you. Secondly, the beach was amazing. You get private access, so no vendors and barely any other people. The beach itself is great with nice gentle waves, great for boogie boarding, soft sand and not too deep. The house had everything we needed, from things to take to the beach, utensils to cook ourselves a nice breakfast, towels, and the pool was a nice bonus as well. There was also a shower head to rinse off sand before coming inside, which was much needed. Lesley welcomed us with a delicious sourdough loaf and maracuya jam that we enjoyed on the first day. Great way to start a vacation. Overall 10/10 and we will definitely be coming back (hopefully soon).

We stayed with my grandmother and two dogs, the apartment was very accessible, it has an elevator and spacious rooms... in addition, they put sunscreen in the bathroom, which was very much appreciated... The location is excellent, very close to the beach and just outside the subdivision there is an Oxxo and clean and accessible food stalls. We would love to come back!

This home was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The layout was spacious and well thought out, making it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy their own space. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. One of our favorite parts was the backyard pool area—it truly felt like our own private oasis. We spent hours swimming, lounging, and soaking up the sunshine. It was the perfect place to unwind and create lasting memories. We loved every minute of our stay and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The attention to detail and comfort really made this place stand out. We will most definitely be back!
