Can’t say enough good things about Mike’s place. The unit is just as described - clean, spacious, and has everything you need. We had plenty of hot water, an abundance of towels, and the AC in the bedrooms got nice and cold. The location in Conchas Chinas is perfect - close enough to everything that you can walk to the restaurants, etc., within 15-20 minutes (or a quick Uber or taxi), but very peaceful and private-feeling. The rocky beaches are absolutely gorgeous. The Orchid condominium overall is extremely nice. Very friendly and attentive staff… our concierge, Nahim, was fantastic, very kind and helpful with whatever we needed. Honestly, it’s so peaceful and beautiful, you don’t even have to leave the condo to enjoy PV. My husband and I spent hours at the rooftop pool and restaurant/bar just sunbathing and watching the pelicans. The sunsets are ridiculously amazing, and the food at the restaurant is surprisingly good. Highly recommend, and our family definitely will return.

The apartment was spotless and very well-equipped. The kitchen is full of appliances that make the stay very pleasant, and apart from a small closet with super useful things for the beach. I have no complaints, we are very happy with everything.

This condo was exactly as described. Despite being a condo it also had several nice amenities such as an onsite restaurant, an onsite spa and their prices were very reasonable. You can also order drinking water and ice from the lobby and order housekeeping services. for a reasonable cost. The condo also had some beach toys and boogie boards that we were able to borrow. Definitely an Airbnb we would love to rent again.

Great place with Oceanview! Place was very clean and the host was very responsive. Washer and drawer is a plus!!! A bit far from the malecon and Zona Romántica, about 2.5 miles. Place had great amenities with the exception of Hot tub that only had cold water. Place is safe and is gated.

Thank you for taking care of every detail of an apartment full of warmth and excellent taste. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and everything in general is super clean and in good condition, clean towels and sheets without hair, comfortable beds, 10/10 everything, we will definitely come back! 😃 All the amenities offered by Maritima beach are excellent and the staff are very friendly, very good service. Suggestions: The grinder needs to be used with some frequency and keep the drain free of debris that can get stuck and clog due to lack of movement Roll-up blinds...especially the blackout ones in the bedrooms Too big and heavy. And it's very easy to get stuck in the aluminum doors of windows.

What a beautiful week we spent in Bucerias! Alvaro’s place was perfection! It was immaculate, and stayed cool on those hot and humid days! We loved that every room had an attached bathroom. Plenty of space for our large group. The kitchen was well-stocked, the laundry worked great and there were closets full of towels, extra bedding, games, beach supplies, pillows, etc. the views were INCREDIBLE! We also loved the convenience of a trash chute right down the hall. The staff was great. Friendly, ready to help in any way. The pool was gorgeous and clean, and our favorite place to hang out with big puffy beach chairs, large umbrellas, just steps from the beach. We also enjoyed the delicious food beachside under a large shaded area. Truly, paradise. We plan to return with our family again.

The place feels like home. The neighborhood is peaceful and is closed to a mall. The host gives clear instructions and is flexible with the schedule to check in. I truly recommend the place.

Our stay at Jerome’s Airbnb in Puerto Vallarta was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Alfredo, the property manager, gave us a thorough walkthrough and was always available to help. The property was spotless, with a beautiful pool, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. We loved the Sonos sound system and multiple A/C units, and the peaceful location offered stunning views of the city and bay. We were treated to fireworks almost every night and even saw an air show! The location was great for walking down the hill to dinner, and we felt safe in the area. While we did walk up a few times, it was much easier to take an Uber ride back up. Overall, Jerome’s Airbnb was the perfect place for our stay in Puerto Vallarta — comfortable, convenient, and with amazing views. Highly recommend!

Great short stay at Albert’s place! Amazing location in a nice building with 24/7 front desk. It was clean, offered great value, and was spacious. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Our host Adriana took very good care of us from the time we arrived. We took his recommendations to travel to nearby beaches. The apartment is luxurious, we loved it. It has everything you need for a good time. Very quiet and with a beautiful view. The walk to the village is a bit of a heavy climb, but if you're in good shape, you can go back and forth without a problem. I definitely recommend staying at this place. Our stay at this modern and chic Airbnb in the PV Romantic Zone was perfect! We felt completely at home – in fact, we were so comfortable, we wanted to know where the amazing linens and mattress came from! 🤣 The location is super convenient, and is walking distance to the heart of all the gay pride events, restaurants, bars, and los muertos beach including Mantamar 🐋. The rooftop pool was awesome. It had great views of the bay. My one piece of feedback would be to get the refrigerator working at the pool bar. It is about to be under renovation so that could be why. The 24-hour security was a huge plus. We loved relaxing on the balcony, whether it was to cool down after a day in the sun or get ready for an evening out. And the sliding walls were such a cool, unique feature that added to the open and inviting feel of the place. The host, Will was super responsive and helpful. We were able to be super flexible and he made sure we were comfortable. 10/10 - would stay here again!

Place was beautiful and had 2 balconies on opposite sides of the condominium which was great as we got beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset every day. Place was fear and very well taken care of. Can’t really ask for more when you have an ocean front property and the ocean is a few steps away. Description of the property was spot on. My family and I will definitely be looking at staying at this property on our next trip to Puerto Vallarta and have shared the information with our family and friends. Amazing experience! The place was spotless with clean facilities and easy access to Vidanta. The pool was incredibly relaxing, and we were especially grateful for the washer and dryer — such a convenient touch. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Stayed here before and didn’t realized I rebooked the same place after I got married. Still loved it just the same. It’s in the marina with tons of restaurants. All boat tours and activities are a 4 min drive or just a 3 min walk. Love it !

This listing is STUNNING!!!!! My siblings and ours spouses booked here and we LOVED IT!!! It’s better in person than the pictures! It’s huge & has breathtaking views. Everything about our stay was great! Both pools were gorgeous, and the sunset in the balcony like nothing we had ever seen. Uber was so easy to use when moving around. We loved the property! It gave resort vibes! We loved everything! Will definitely book here on our next stay! 100000%

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was gorgeous and spacious. The grounds were incredible. The private pool was used multiple times a day and all of the pools within the resort were incredible. The beach was calm with no waves perfect for our little kids. The grounds were incredibly quiet with very few people, and the staff was very accommodating. It was super easy to use Uber to take us into sayulita for a day trip and Bucerías for dinners, and we loved walking along the beach to the Cruz for a breakfasts. I would highly recommend Jonathan‘s place for a quiet tropical getaway perfect for families and relaxation.

Very clean and nice apartment, the pool is very spacious and had many amenities. There are even some chairs and a beach umbrella that you can use, and two very nice bikes as well. Ana was very attentive and responded very quickly, I would not hesitate to stay here again! 10/10 (:
