We were looking for a place close enough to walk to coffee, groceries, and restaurants, but far enough away from the noise of the Main Street in La Ventana, and this was perfect. The house sits up on the hill so sunrises are gorgeous and the neighborhood is quiet. The house had everything we needed, including a vitamix! Our favorite part of the property is the backyard oasis which was shaded so very comfortable even in the heat of the day. We were in La Ventana for wind sports and found the location ideal because we were an easy drive to Rasta or La Tuna beaches in one direction, and equally easy drive to Playa Central in the other. Another bonus to the location - it's right up the hill from the farmers market! We plan to stay here again.

Our group of six very much enjoyed our stay at Casa Utopia. Our kids liked the grounds and the pool and we loved the view and peacefulness. We enjoyed the host's recommendations, like ordering tacos for delivery and (best of all) contracting the private driver Rangel for the week. Humberto helped us when we needed anything, especially with refilling the drinking water. We went out every day for Oaxaca culture adventures and returned the tranquility of Utopia. The outdoor shower was a favorite feature of mine. We would easily book again.

alojamiento fuera de lo común, lo cual me encantó, Azael siempre atento y muy amable, sin duda es un lugar para relajarse y olvidarse del agetreo de la ciudad, ademas de que está muy cerca del mar. Sin duda volveré!!

Excelente alojamiento , todo se apega a lo que dice la descripcion del lugar, todo muy bonito y limpio, claro que queremos regresar.

Disfrutamos mucho pasar la noche aquí, disfrutamos de la alberca y nos prestaron unos flotadores, recomiendo ver el atardecer desde la alberca, hay muchos restaurantes cerca, Lidia fue muy buena host, amigable, amable y atenta, y el airbnb es pequeño y acogedor🤍!

Hermoso lugar. Muy privado (aunque si hay una casa cerca aunque no afecta en nada la privacidad). Fácil de llegar con instrucciones muy claras. No sirvió el internet y no hay señal, aunque tampoco hice el intento de que sirviera (en una de esas e intentando con más conocimiento se logra que funcione).

English/Spanish (español) Ruben's place is impeccable—spotlessly clean, well-organized, with everything you need and more. The air conditioning is excellent, making it a very comfortable and cozy stay. It's located in the best area of La Paz, close to the boardwalk and the best places to eat and explore. Ruben is an incredible host—proactive, friendly, helpful, and attentive to every need. This is my second time staying with him, and without a doubt, I will do so again on my next visit to La Paz. An excellent experience that I highly recommend. El espacio de Rubén, impecable, limpio a más no poder, ordenado, todo y más de lo necesario. Muy buen aire acondicionado, cómodo y confortable. Excelente lugar para ir a desconectarte de la rutina!!

PERFECT location for surfing and walkable restaurants. Local farmers market outside your front door every Sunday. Pura Baja for surfboard, wetsuit, and palapa rentals. We wanted for nothing on this trip. Hosts were so friendly and accommodating.
