The house is super comfortable, has its own beach, and is equipped with everything you need to have a very comfortable stay. 10 minutes from Progreso and 10 minutes from Isla Columpios, I recommend taking that tour. I would definitely go there again.

Our stay at Todos Swell was truly unforgettable — everything exceeded our expectations. The property is absolutely stunning, with a beautiful pool and peaceful surroundings that made it feel like a private oasis. Waking up to the sound of a cardinal singing in the morning was magical, and in the evenings, we loved stargazing from the terrace while listening to the crickets. Every detail of the space felt thoughtful and serene — a perfect blend of comfort and natural beauty. We honestly didn’t want to leave. It’s the kind of place that makes you slow down, breathe, and just enjoy. Already dreaming of coming back. Highly, highly recommended.

My group of 7 friends stayed at Villa Loma for 7 nights. Everything from arrival to departure was seamless. If you are looking for a place to stay in Puerto Vallarta and Ana’s Villa is available, book it! The Villa is located on a hillside in Concha Chinas, looking out onto Banderas Bay. The view from the rooftop deck is unparalleled. I would highly recommend taking Ana up on all of her recommendations. Chef JC was fantastic! We ate most of our meals at the house prepared by JC. The meals prepared by JC were considerably better than any meal we had in town. Ana also helped with suggestions for airport transfer, booking massages at the house(HIGHLY RECOMMEND!), and booking the beach club. Keep in mind that the house is located on a steep cobblestone hill and has quite a few stairs. If you have mobility issues you might have some trouble getting around. Ubers and taxis are pretty easy to find but you will need to walk down the hill to meet them. Thank you, Ana! We can’t wait to return!

This is by far one of the best air bnbs we have ever stayed at. The family that runs the casa are incredibly generous and friendly. They have a really yummy restaurant next door which we also would highly recommend. This was the highlight of our stay in Oaxaca. Wish we could have stayed longer. The sighting is amazing, hot tub definitely made night. The place is great right on the top. Bed is comfy and clean. The sound system and tv are also great addition. The place is great for a getaway we will definitely come back!

The place was a perfect size for my husband and me. The living and sleeping space was comfortable. Many fans available in the home and a compact AC for hot days. We felt safe walking around the neighborhood and were amazed at how close we were to many restaurants we wanted to try. Great location for Uber pick up as well. They also helped us out with a later check out. Thank you so much!We’d definitely stay again.

A beautiful place by the beach with everything you need to get away from the world and rest. Everything in the house is impeccable and super comfortable. Brett is an excellent host who is always attentive and responds kindly. For breakfast you can order from Café Frence and you will have a very tasty and abundant breakfast.

Very good place to stay with family and friends. The cabin space is very nice and above all private. Only the lower one is a little tricky to get to with vehicles.

Beautiful and cozy cabin with a great outdoor space. Cabins rarely have a lot of grass inside the property, making you feel in a large open and private space at the same time. The arrival and dirt road were not complicated for us, who were in a van. We needed to use the WiFi since we were working, and the hosts helped us solve the issue, since the power sometimes goes out and it is necessary to start the power plant. They were always looking out for our comfort.

Pristine location on a private beach, perfect for recharging. We felt very safe with groundskeepers on site and a locked gate. The only negative was the accessibility. You MUST have a lifted vehicle to get to the house otherwise you risk damaging your vehicle or getting stuck. There is an 8 mile dirt road with elephant-sized potholes and sharp, several feet high bumps from old washouts. The 8 miles took 90+ minutes to complete. Overall, this trip was absolutely worth it. The host and groundskeepers were responsive. Would absolutely go back.

The cabin is perfect, just like the photos, the jacuzzi, the projector to watch movies, the area to grill your meat and the plus of having the fence that surrounds the cabin in case you want to bring your pet and it doesn't get lost is a plus that most cabins don't have, the accommodation is in an area with several cabins around but it maintains the perfect privacy, everything is very clean and very nice, the host was always in contact for any questions and has a team of people who are in the area to help you if you need anything, even the day we left the cabin we had a power outage since our van failed, I definitely recommend this accommodation.

Our stay was very comfortable. The cabin is very nice, just like the photos, with an amazing view from the terrace and balconies of both rooms. Everything was clean and tidy, there was always hot water, it had enough utensils, the furniture was very comfortable, especially the beds. Johnathan was always very attentive and helpful. We were very pleased that you have a lot of privacy, only nature is in sight and that makes a perfect experience.

We stayed 4 days, the cabin is comfortable and enough for two people. It has everything you need to prepare simple food and a medium refrigerator that cools well. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is clean and a good size. It is naturally a place with many insects, so you have to take that into account. Access is via the beach and the instructions they gave us were very clear, I only recommend that if you don't know the area, you arrive in daylight. Each cabin has its own palapa to rest on the beach and it is an area with very few people, so we could spend hours enjoying it without any problems. Everyone on the property is very friendly
