Incredible stay!! All around 10/10. Clean, close to many restaurants, grocery stores, and so much on property we only left for dinner. Would stay here again!

I was only in town for one night on a long road trip and just needed a place to crash—but wow, I wasn’t expecting this. The view from the 13th floor was unreal, and the whole space felt calm and thoughtfully put together. I didn’t need to unpack much at all—everything I could’ve needed was already here. The bed was insanely comfortable, the check-in was easy, and I actually felt like I rested. If this is what a quick stop can feel like, I can only imagine staying longer.

We had such a good stay! The home is very clean and comfortable and the furniture, decor, and the landscaping are so pretty! They have done a lovely job making the space beautiful, comfortable, and feel like home. There was plenty of space for our family of 7. We really enjoyed our time in PSJ - our first time there, but definitely not our last. The town is great with an adorable downtown area and lots of shops and restaurants. Just a short drive to the beach or Cape San Blas.

My husband and I were looking for a getaway for a few days. This condo was really at the end of the strip so the beach wasn’t crowded at all. We spent all 5 days at the pool and on the beach. The condo itself was just right for what we were looking for. We had an amazing trip. Elevators we so quick. Never once waited for an elevator more than 2 minutes.

joe is great! he is so good at communicating and checking in on you to make sure you’re good. will definitely be staying here again!

A wonderful place, extremely close to the sea. The apartment has a beautiful view of the sea. The host was very attentive and willing to help at all times. Check-in was super easy, and the staff was attentive. The apartment was super clean and exactly as described by the host. It has all the amenities for a pleasant and comfortable stay. 100% recommend the host and the apartment.

David’s condo is in an incredible and safe location convenient to everything. I recently traveled to Panama City beach with my daughters for a music festival and stayed here a few nights. We arrived late at night and David was thoughtful enough to have the sofa bed made up and left lights on for us. We especially enjoyed the binder of local recommendations with notes, directions, and photos- we checked out the popular donut shop nearby. I was pleasantly surprised to have snacks and refreshments left for us on the counter, plenty of ice, seasonings, and a fully stocked kitchen to use. There were plenty of pillows, blankets, towels, wash cloths, and extra shampoo/conditioner/body wash products to use in case you forgot something. You truly only need to bring your belongings and groceries to enjoy your time here. The pool and spa were even closer out the back door than the photos show, and were rarely occupied. We would stay again and appreciated David’s hospitality.

We had a fantastic stay at this beach condo—clean, comfortable, and right across from a beach access point, just steps from the ocean. It was well-stocked with everything we needed, including beach gear, a washer and dryer and the beds were super comfy. The pool area was great with outside showers. It was just a short walk to bars, with whiskeys saloon right around the corner. Our host was friendly and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend, and we’d definitely stay again!

The place was exactly as described. Beautiful view! Great restaurants nearby that you can walk to and a short drive to other places as well. We really enjoyed time at the pool and tiki bar. Tracey was very responsive to messages during our stay.

We loved it! Convenient to everything. Great views of beach from our balcony. Beds and sofa were very comfortable. Our host was very responsive and I'll definitely come back again.

We had a great stay at Destinee’s place for our vacation. She was very responsive and kind anytime I reached out. The unit was clean, spacious and had such a gorgeous view of the water and the pier. The elevators were newly renovated and fast! We hardly had to wait for one our entire trip. Our family comes to PCB every year for the last 5 years and we always stay somewhere new searching for that perfect resort to keep coming back to. I think we may have found it this year. The location is just unbeatable…Very close to everything. The pools and hot tubs are great and not crowded, there is a relaxing vibe throughout the resort. Oh and the mattress in the primary bedroom is heavenly!!!

The host, but the husband and the wife were extremely responsive and proactive. We had a little bit of an issue before check-in where the air conditioning unit went out, and the host reached out to let us know before hand. They were flexible on an early check in and also willing to work with us on, the refund if we decided to stay or full refund if we decided to cancel. After talking to the property manager and the host altogether, they were able to get a new unit placed into the condo within 45 minutes and everything was good to go. The host checked on us, after the fact, and even the next day to make sure everything was going well. We will definitely be back!!

How often do you get to wake up and look out at a beautiful sunrise over the ocean from your own bed? This place was absolutely spectacular! The balcony alone made our entire trip. It’s enormous and looks right out over the beach and the crystal blue water. We talked until nightfall and even got to see a shooting star over a dark, star-filled sky. The rooms are huge and offered plenty of privacy for everyone. Even the washer and dryer were whisper quiet and it was so nice to come home with a suitcase full of clean clothes for a change. The place was spotless, the beds and linens were comfy, and the Wi-Fi and tvs all worked great. The beach is wonderful and the beach service attendant was very, very nice. The heated pool was a big hit too. We saved a lot of money cooking in the huge kitchen which was great because PCB has excellent restaurants, shopping, and so much for our teenagers to do. And, most importantly, the area was very family friendly. Can’t wait to go back!

We absolutely loved our stay! The best part of this unit is the stunning ocean view—you can see the water from every corner of the space thanks to the open-concept layout and the full-length balcony that stretches across the front, just like in the pictures. The location is perfect, with easy access to the beach and a large swimming pool that also overlooks the ocean. It’s a great spot for couples, as it's a one-bedroom setup with a sleeper sofa and the bathroom located inside the bedroom. Everything was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Josh was a fantastic host—responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our entire stay. We definitely recommend this unit and would happily stay here again. Thank you, Josh!

Room was great. Great view and only couple minutes to walk to Pier Park. Has everything you need. Well differently stay again.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay here! Everything was exactly as described/pictured and honestly may have even been prettier in person. Zach was communicative throughout the whole stay and although we didn’t need anything during our stay, there’s no doubt it would have been taken care of efficiently if we had. Thank you for being a great host and providing such a great place to stay for our family vacation!

Nicely decorated in a beachy theme with a great beach and pool view from spacious balcony. Kitchen was well appointed and clean. Plenty of linens and other supplies. Pet friendly but note to other future dog owners, the best dog walking area is behind tower 2 which is where you’ll find a fenced dog park area. Would recommend Phil’s place.

Our stay was just what we needed. A great place to relax, quick walk to the beach, pet-friendly, and easy walk to Pier Park where we ate several times and went to a movie one afternoon. We loved having our pup with us. The dog park was so convenient. We also visited the dog beach several times. (We drove to the dog beach because of the heat and distance for our pup). Be prepared for traffic. Sometimes finding a parking space at the rental was a challenge, but we came Memorial Day weekend and it was really busy in the area. After the weekend, there were more parking spots. The complex was clean and people are very friendly. We had a great week!

The condo was clean, updated had everything you could need to feel right at home & it is close to everything we wanted to do we loved that the resort has a movie theater, which we did take advantage of we ate at the café numerous times the only downside was the elevator wait which Keith did warn us about up front Keith was a great host we definitely recommend staying here

Nice quiet spot on the beach and the view was awesome from the balcony. We had everything we needed and the host communicated with us very promptly. The washer and dryer in the condo and beach service were definitely a plus!

Exactly what I was looking for and didn't get disappointed at all. Definitely coming back.
