Très bel appartement pour un moment de détente; le logement est moderne, récent et très bien entretenu. je recommande!!

Geweldige accommodatie op loopafstand van de metro en hartje Parijs binnen een half uur bereikbaar. We hebben een super fijn verblijf gehad met tien personen tussen de 9 en 74 jaar oud. Ruime nette kamers, grote tuin alles is aanwezig en van alle gemakken voorzien. De ontvangst van Tarik was zeer gastvrij en hij kwam ons zelfs te hulp tijdens de finale van de Champions League. Een absolute aanrader!

The house was fully equipped to make you feel like if you were home. Very comfortable and roomy. We enjoyed our stay with our family and even shared a dinner together there. Loft trés accueillant, la petite cour est paisible et calme. La cheminée donne vraiment une touche chaleureusement et créer une ambiance. L’arrivée était top et le quartier animé avec des restaurants tops juste à côté. Il y a des cavistes, des épiceries et un mini market à deux pas. Trés pratique ! Encore merci à Pierre Marie pour l’accueil et son loft vraiment bien aménagé.

Nos amis ont logés quelques jours avec leurs enfants et leur chien, le séjour c'est trés bien passé. Ils ont apprécier le logement qui est conforme à la description et ont apprécier l'accueil des hôtes. Ils ont pu visiter Paris et ses alentours grâce aux transports en commun à proximité.

We had a fantastic family holiday in this beautiful home. We enjoyed walks and runs along the river. Great pool. Very family friendly, our kids enjoyed all the house had to offer. Safe parking. Host was very helpful with check-in and checkout. Highly recommend. We hope to return in the near future!

We stayed in Guitho’s place for 3 nights and we liked it very much! We had no problems to find the place and check in instructions were very detailed. Parking fits 3-4 cars easily and is fully private. The house is very spacious and is divided into three floors. One bedroom is at the basement floor next to little gym - it’s a bit dark, but pleasantly cool and it has it’s own little kitchenette; main kitchen, dining room, small office, a play room and spacious lounge are at the main floor; all other bathrooms and bedrooms are at the upper floor. We were six adults and two children and we had no problems to settle in. The house has plenty of space outside too - at the front and at the back. We enjoyed both the dining room for a lunch inside on a hot afternoon and the terrace for a barbecue dinner on a pleasantly warm evening. Children enjoyed picking cherries from the tree, while adults enjoyed drinks on the terrace with a wonderful view of a garden and a church next door! We’ll be back!

Overall a wonderful place to stay, especially for two couples/four travelers. Excellent communication throughout the whole process. Everything you need is supplied in the kitchen- a couple of groceries stores close by. Really enjoyed hanging out in the living room during down time. If you need to do any work, the wifi is good. Big dining table if needed. Lots of cafe/ restaurant options within just a few blocks, many of which are ethnic. Note that if you leave really early morning (or get home late evening) the Passage gate is locked. To leave the flat, you will have to take the elevator to the second floor and then take the stairs down to the green door exit. The person who checks you in will explain how all the entryways work. No big complaints, but if you’re used to heftier pillows, that’s not always the case in Paris. Hotel prior to Airbnb also had thin pillows. Definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend highly!

We lived our stay in the apartment. Great location to the metro line 4 which connects all around Paris. Bed was firm but not too firm, pillows were great for euro style. Close to everything you need! The apartment was super clean and comfortable. Starbucks is across the street if you are not geared up for 1/2 oz pure diesel fuel like most places. Supermarket across the street and close by liquor available. There’s a busy pizza shop next to the apartment, but it is not too loud at all. If I had one recommendation, I would say that there common area lights should stay lit for longer. They are on motion sensors and go off very quickly so you can find yourself in the dark on a very tricky set of steps, so be careful with that. I would certainly stay here again, and most likely would after learning how to navigate the city from this location. The bottle of champagne and chocolate and ice cream was a very nice touch. First class all the way.

Beautiful apartment! Being on the ground floor made it very easy with our luggage. The apartment felt very secure and there was a shop nearby that stayed open until 1am which was very convenient.

Olivier ist sehr flexibel bezüglich des Check-in und Check-out. Die Wohnung überzeugt durch ihre schöne Einrichtung und perfekte Lage. Wir würden jederzeit hier wieder Urlaub machen.

우리는 지난 3박동안 최고의 집에서 최고의 시간을 보냈다고 생각합니다. 먼저 집의 위치와 내부시설이 너무 훌륭했습니다. 집은 조용하고 쾌적했으며, 주위에 식당과 마켓이 많이 있어서 아주 좋았습니다. 거실을 비롯한 내부의 모든 인테리어도 프렌치 스타일이어서 정말로 파리에 온 느낌을 받았습니다. 가전 및 주방시설도 최고였습니다. 두번째로 호스트가 직접 우리를 만나서 친절하게 집에 대해 설명해 주어서 감동을 받았습니다. 문을 여는 방법, 주방시설 사용 방법, 가전용품 사용법등등 집의 사용 설명에 대한 완벽한 가이드였습니다. 특히 무료로 제공받은 웰컴와인은 정말 맛이 있었습니다. 세번째로, 서재에 있는 레코드와 cd 소리 너무 좋았습니다. 오래된 레코드판을 들으면서 옛 감성에 빠졌고, 특히 바하, 마리아 칼라스, 에디뜨 피아쁘의 음악은 최고였습니다. 모든 것이 따뜻하고 안락했으며, 마치 내집처럼 편안히 쉬고 가는 느낌입니다. 다음에 파리에 오면 꼭 다시 올 생각입니다. 다시 한번 좋은 집을 빌려 주셔서 감사드립니다.

Beautiful old Parisian style apartment and special view! This was one of the most beautiful Airbnb I ever did. Romantic and walkable. 2 mins from the Sacré Coeur Cathedral. You won't be disappointed. The area is quiet and close to metro as well. I love it!

We had a great stay in Sylvia’s beautiful home. There were many personal touches which made us feel like we had our own home in France. Transport links - particularly the buses direct to Notre Dame and the Eiffel Tower were great and right outside our door. A great way to see Paris. Sylvia and her family were very welcoming and offered good tips on things to do during our stay. We highly recommend this apartment and these hosts.

En week-end entre copines, nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Thanom et Fred : jardin et équipements extérieurs merveilleux, tout ce qu'il fallait sur place pour cuisiner, literies au top, nous avons enregistrée l'adresse dans nos favoris et reviendrons sans hésiter. Thanom et Fred ont été super disponibles et flexibles, merci encore à eux.

Ideale rustige uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Parijs. Half uurtje met de Metro vanaf een station op loopafstand. Na de drukte in de stad heerlijk om even tot rust te komen.

Jáde-kőként ragyogó tágas szálláshely privát kerttel, a nyugalom szigete, Párizs szívétől valóban 25 percre. Nyugdíjas szüleimmel és 4 éves kisgyermekemmel töltöttünk 6 éjszakát a házban.Cécile és családjának vendégszeretete, segítőkészsége mosolyt csalt az arcunkra, bármikor találkoztunk az ott-tartózkodás alatt.A 3 hálószoba több, mint elegendő, a konyha jól felszerelt, benne só-bors-fűszerek.A fürdők tiszták, a nagyobbik rendkívül tágas, a kád kisgyermeknek szinte medence.Talán részemre nagyobb testsúllyal a matrac nagyon puha.A reggeli beszerzése a szálláshelytől 5 perc távolsága (Boulangerie, Patisserie, szupermarket és a csütörtöki termelői piac a közelben). Parkolas a szomszédos utcában ingyenes. A házigazda kutyája barátságos, néha átjár az elkerített kertbe, de minket nem zavart, a gyermek a kutyát nagyon szerette.A nappaliban tv, Netflix, YouTube, a kanapé a kisgyermek kedvence.Ajánlom azoknak, akik szeretik a nyugalmat, a csendet.Negatívumot nem tudnék felhozni.Visszajövünk!

Très bon logement,très joliment décoré avec la toile de Jouy (papier peint,coussin ..) très bien équipé. Très bon accueil par le gérant. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Je recommande.

Wir haben unser Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus genossen. Es liegt sehr ruhig in einer schönen Gegend. Mit Uber dauert es ca. 30 Minuten bis Zentrum von Paris. Das Haus entspricht ganz genau der Beschreibung. Es ist sehr geräumig, schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefüllt. Die Kommunikation mit Matthieu hat immer reibungslos funktioniert. Insgesamt eine sehr gute Erfahrung!

Traveling to Paris for the Summer Olympics was a bucket list event, and finding a place to accommodate six adults comfortably would have its challenges. We lucked out and found this great house in Garches! There was ample space and the layout was great for three couples. Seonhee arranged our car service and met us upon arrival (with croissants and wine) to give us the house tour; she was so responsive before, during, and after our stay, including having her cleaning lady come in after the first week (for a fee)). She prepared instructions/directions and explained how the nearby bus and train systems worked which was very helpful. Even the grocery store is in walking distance making this a real prime location. The only drawback is to be mindful of the low ceilings on the top floor. If you're about 6' tall be aware to occasionally duck. Apart from that the house was great and we would definitely rent again.

Très belle maison dans laquelle les 3 générations ont passé d’excellents moments . Le cadre est paisible, magnifique et magique ( mieux que sur les photos). La maison est très confortable, très bien équipée et très propre. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci Esther et Daniel.
