Had a great time at Victoria and Abdel's studio! The metro is in the next house, boulangerie, pharmacy and a large supermarket nearby - everything is very convenient. The neighborhood is calm and pleasant, the apartment has everything you need - iron, hairdryer, washing and dishwasher, coffee maker, you can sleep either on a folding sofa book for two or if you are cramped - arrange an armchair bed. The hosts kindly provided us with coffee, tea, dishwasher tablets and washing machines. The apartment has pleasant lighting to create a romantic mood. We were also very pleased with the racletter - be sure to try her in business! My wife and I are very grateful for a great stay )

admittedly, it is quite far. HOWEVER! do not let that stump you. the place is near a lot of bus stops and stations, and it is easily accessible. the flat itself ia beautiful and home-y. a plus for me is that it smells good! it is as advertised in the app. Achmit is very responsive, even if we were asking him questions at the middle of the night! he communicates well and fast. it was a great stay!

We had a pleasant stay. The host was very attentive and responded to each of our concerns. Clean accommodation, great location (close to shops, metro, bus, etc.) and matches the photos. For those who need calm, I recommend it without hesitation.

Bernhard was a very good host. He answered all our questions very quickly. We received the house in a very clean condition. The house is very close to the metro station, you can see the Eiffel Tower by walking for only 3-4 minutes.

We had a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. Marc and his girlfriend hosted us in their duplex for one night. I can safely say that this is the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. Unfortunately we couldn't meet in person on arrival because we arrived at night, but it was only postponed since we were able to see each other the next day when we left. We were entitled to a jar of honey produced by Marc in his hives which is excellent, breakfast from them. They were really very welcoming and caring, having arrived late at night, they didn't hesitate to offer us to stay until 1 p.m. to rest. The accommodation is very nice, a pleasant aesthetic surprise awaits you upstairs. The bed is very comfortable, we slept wonderfully and even plan to buy the same mattress 😂 I highly recommend this place if you are hesitating, both for this one and for the hosts who were wonderful

We came for a wedding and had a lovely weekend. The space was clean, comfortable, and as described. The instructions were clear and very well detailed, which made our arrival easier. Laurinne was very welcoming and responsive. We highly recommend it!

We had a lovely stay at this charming chalet as a family of three plus a friend. The chalet was the perfect size for us, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. Our three-year-old especially loved the peaceful surroundings, and we really appreciated that there was no traffic or cars nearby—it felt very safe and quiet. The location was ideal too: tucked away in nature yet still very close to central Paris. A perfect escape with easy city access. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, which made check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. A perfect escape with the best of both worlds. Highly recommended!

Great accommodation within walking distance of the metro and the heart of Paris within half an hour. We had a super nice stay with ten people between 9 and 74 years old. Spacious neat rooms, large garden everything is present and equipped with every comfort. Tarik's reception was very hospitable and he even came to our aid during the Champions League final. Absolutely recommended!

An amazing space, with a modern set up. The kitchen area was our favorite with all we needed to prepare our delicious meals. The living area had a number of games that kept us all engaged and bonding together. The rooms were well set up, with spacious wardrobes. There are many wall sockets and extensions; the lighting around the house was great for pictures & videos; great set up on the outside for BBQ. Overall, it was very comfortable and I had an unforgettable experience with my friends on this birthday weekend getaway. I definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful 5 days in Paris. The house is lovely with everything we needed. It was really clean and warm. The kids loved the pool. The forest nearby was very peaceful after a busy day in the center of Paris. Easy 10 min walk to the train station with very regular connections to Paris. Fredrique was very friendly and helpful. A+ stay. Highly recommended .

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

I used to live in Paris and have seen many apartments but I've never lived in such a spacious one. It's not in the main areas but the metro access is easy and there s a grocery store downstairs. I'd live there if I moved back to the city.

A quiet accommodation full of charm while being close to Paris. The accommodation is very well equipped. Having basic products (coffee, tea, sugar, oil, etc.) is a real plus, especially when you have a short stay. Chahrazad is a very kind and caring host.

We loved staying at this location, the neighbourhood is so lovely, you can find in there anything you need. The place easily can fit 6 people, mattress are comfortable and our kids enjoyed watching Netflix. The communication with host was very easy and helpful

The apartment is a second floor walk-up (35 steps) in an older, but secure and clean building, near a metro stop. It is on a busy street, above a Mexican restaurant, but the apartment is quiet and there are no odors from the business below. There are many windows that open, so that the place is light and airy. The kitchen appliances that we used were in good working order. There is good water pressure and ample hot water. The Internet connection is fine and the TV has all the main French channels. The bed is comfortable and we slept well. The host was prompt to meet us at the apartment and answered our questions. The apartment is comfortable and spacious (for Paris) with many personal decorative touches, including some intriguing original Chagall-esque paintings. This is a good, convenient choice for a couple to visit the many historical and cultural sights of Paris.
