We 100% recommend the place. We felt very comfortable. Louisa and her family are great hosts. The location was just perfect for us. Supermarket, restaurants and the train station were within walking distance. We will definitely be happy to come back.

Madalena was a wonderful host from the start. Before arriving, she always responded quickly to any questions. Once at her house, she was attentive to any need I might have, doing everything to make me feel at home. The house is fully equipped, with everything you might need. Very well decorated and very cozy. Very well located, a 10-minute walk from the train station and with buses 2 meters away. The area where it is located is very quiet and safe. This is a GREAT place to stay. The bunk room is great for lots of kids. The main bedroom is as described. The pull out sofa is actually comfortable. I personally slept on it for 3 nights and it was great. It was not one of the ones with a terrible and uncomfortable bar in the middle. It is a legitimate additional bed. The AC works great and the windows have automatic privacy shades that can make each room completely dark...great for sleeping off jetlag. The town is fairly quiet. A couple of nice bakeries nearby to grab breakfast foods. The metro station is a gentle, flat, 10 min walk and the line goes through the Latin Quarter to Notre Dame and all the way to Sacre Coeur. Very clean and easy to travel. The neighborhood is surrounded by schools and families walking around. This is a great place to stay, I would certainly recommend it, especially to a family. Great alternative to expensive hotel in city.

Impeccable apartment, very pleasant, bright, in a green neighborhood of a peaceful town. Public transport, parking spaces, shops, huge forest for walking, … everything is next door and simple. Halfway to Versailles and the Pont de Sèvres, don't hesitate!

Benoit’s was an excellent host, friendly and kind. My kids shared that they felt safe and enjoyed walking to the grocery store. Slept great. Access the tram and metro could not be easier. If we are ever lucky enough to return to Paris we would hope to stay at his place again. With Appreciation

The accommodation is clean, looks the same as in the photos, there is everything you need in the apartment. Convenient location, close to bus and tram. Very safe! You can safely return at 2 a.m. The host is very friendly, always available. We'll definitely come back when we're in Paris.

We had a very enjoyable experience which was our first air b and b trip. We had everything we needed and the apartment was clean, comfortable and relaxing. Great location near RER Station for easy access to Paris and the locality has a beautiful park and the town of Sceaux in walking distance is worth visiting at least once. It’s a nice and cozy place, just what I needed, I loved how equipped it was and clean, close by it there’s a lot of good places to eat specially that bakery that I think the name is Artisan Boulanger, I really liked it. In conclusion who ever is thinking on booking it please don’t hesitate and do it, it is worth it.

Everything was as described. 7-minute walk from a metro entrance. Very quiet, easy to access and safe. Beautiful terrace. We have everything we need. There is even an iPad to explain the whole place and give information about the neighborhood. Grocery stores, restaurants, etc.

lovely little place, not too far away from the Palace of Versailles with an underground parking space - if you've visited Versailles you probably paid the price of this place just to park your car!
