We (Marcel, 46, Melanie, 45, Levi, 10 & Ayumi 🐶<1) rent our apartment (without kitchen!) in the basement of our house in Mettmann / Metzkausen with separate entrance via the hallway. The spacious bedroom is located on the terrace to the garden very quiet and idyllic. It is especially suitable for trade fair guests (Düsseldorf 20 km, Essen 30 km and Cologne about 40 km) or someone who, for example, visits family nearby. This basement apartment is all about relaxation. Whether cozily on the terrace, relaxing in the hot tub or simply in the room with a king-size bed and underfloor heating. Very convenient connection to the A 46 highway, bus stop, shopping and conservation area in the immediate vicinity. Solingen main train station can be reached in about 15 minutes by public transport. Wuppertal is 13 km away, Düsseldorf 20 km and Cologne is 30 km away. Ideal for short breaks in the beautiful Bergisches Land, for business travelers and trade fair visitors.
